I utilized the drive-thru for my order, and was there for breakfast on a weekday morning. Upon pulling up to the first window I said hello and good morning. The gal was clearly taking someone else's order but gave me a friendly smile. The next window the gal hung my food out didn't even look at me or clarify she was giving me the correct food. I had to ask. Then she clarified my drink order. I said yes. She closed the window and proceeded to walk back and forth for 10 mins. The manager walked past the window a few times without bothering to help. She finally came back and told me to pull forward to the next window. I asked Is that where I get my drinks? She said yes. At the point they were getting pretty backed up in their drive through so I told her that would have been helpful to know ten mins ago. She smiled and closed the window without saying a word. I then sat at the second window for 5 more mins with no help from the staff. Customers were honking at me in the drive-thru so I went around to the front and went inside. The manager just happened to be giving another customer his food while I was standing at the counter. By this time I was visibly irritated because no one was helping me or giving clear instruction. So he asked what I needed, not how can I help you or any other courteous greeting. I said I've been sitting in your drive-thru for 15 mins waiting for 2 orange juices and an iced coffee. He looked around like it was just going magically appear in front of him somewhere. Then asked me what kind of iced coffee. I was annoyed and the coffee wasn't for me so I said I don't know and handed him my receipt. Admittedly, with some irritated force. He then proceeded to scold me for "throwing" my receipt at him. I said I was sorry I'm just annoyed I've been getting honked at by other irritated customers and no one is helping me. And to me throwing would be literally throwing. He didn't have to pick it up or catch it. I HANDED it to him. And he said "you know what I'm refusing your service and I won't be getting you those drinks I'll give you your money back and you can leave." He only refunded me the drinks I didn't get which I'm not really complaining about, as I own a business as well. I did get the food I'm fine with paying for it. I just can't believe the utter lack of management at this establishment. I'm not sure if the gal at the window was her first day or what but that manager was doing absolutely nothing to help her if that was the case. He should have been more attentive to how his drive through was being handled. This location has about 10 spots for inside seating which were maybe half full when I was in there and only one POS to order at. Clearly, the drive-thru should be his main concern. I'm still at an utter lack of understanding as to why my drinks weren't given to me first in the drive-thru? My experience both working in fast food and utilized the convince of a drive-thru That has NEVER been what has happened. I always get my drinks first as they take 10 seconds to poor, and then my food. And normally if asked to pull forward for the sake of fudging drive-thru times ( yes that's why they have you do that so corporate doesn't know how long you actually wait for your food). And the person that tells you that states very clearly, where to pull forward to, what spot to park in, and roughly when your food will be out to you. All in all this review is a review of the management on this particular day at this particular establishment. I know this is a McDonalds, the last thing I expect is perfection. However, I do expect a manager to be able to do their job well. I never thought I'd see the day where I would be leaving a review for a McDonalds of all places. The carelessness and chaos is utterly mind boggling. Coorperate, get this place together, I can't believe this kid is running this...
Read moreAs far as food and atmosphere, don’t know after waiting over a half an hour two times in a row we never did experience the food or the atmosphere very disappointed. We went through drive-through around 11:30 to get something to eat. We ordered one cheeseburger happy meal with extra fries and another cheeseburger. When we pulled up to get our order, we were told to pull over to the side and wait. We waited over a half an hour and never did get the food and had to leave because we had a vet appointment. So not getting our order we went back thinking it would be better at around 2 o’clock, the same day went inside to get our order and waited. another half an hour with other frustrated customers in the restaurant also waiting for their orders so once again we were so upset we left without never getting anything to eat. We never got any money back so they paid for food we didn’t even get. Hopefully they can get better on their service , otherwise I can’t imagine how this McDonald’s on main ave is...

Ordered online at Sunday 11am. The manager I presume was angry i order pumpkin pie and they didn't have any so she asked if I'd like to wait or refund. I politely said I'd wait, only to receive a scowl of obvious dissatisfaction they'd have to make more.
I was told 3 minutes for these pie. (mind you the parking lot had a couple cars and the drive through was just myself.) 5 minutes go by... 10minutes go by.... 6 cars have ordered and left.... 15 MINUTES... and I only got my pies not the entire rest of the order.... 20 MINUTES go by from check and almost a full hour from mobile order being placed and I get the rest of my order from a very short tempered employee.
The icing on the top... The food felt like they prepared it in their deep freeze. For $60 I'd rather go to 5 guys, heck even roadhouse and get a dam steak. You demand $20/hr but can't even provide...
