Michele's Table — Restaurant in Fargo

My wife and I both have the same day off. We decided to start trying a new place every day off for lunch. Came across this corner Bistro, and couldn't have been more impressed. Simple menu, yet it had everything. Food was excellent, service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. 👌 The owner was there, she was so happy and proud of her wonderful place. She had actually just returned from France. She was there for inspiration, and to make sure she could provide the same experience as a French Bistro there. I think she has definitely succeeded. Oh, Don't forget to check out the coffee selections and the delicious pastries! We will definitely be back for sure, and yes, we recommend this...

Update: Finally made it back to Michele's and it didn't disappoint! Had the quiche Lorraine and the La Cosette salad again; both were delicious. The almond croissant cookie was freshly baked and slightly gooey in the middle-one of the best cookies I've had. If you haven't been here yet, add it to your list!

I cannot begin to describe my initial joy at hearing a French bistro was opening in Fargo and I could find a jambon-beurre locally. It’s an absolute favorite sandwich of mine, but I could never really recreate it. How do you recreate Parisian food? Michele has figured it out!! The atmosphere of the establishment is absolutely fantastic, the people running it are so friendly and kind and passionate about what they do, and it was an all around wonderful experience I would like to have over and over. The sandwich was authentic, the coffee was amazing, and the experience was top-notch. 100/10...
