February 23 is a nice open atmosphere. Mildly rustic looking. Had the Reuben. My recommendations would be to use bigger pieces of meat vs finely chopped up pieces and only cut the sandwich in 1/2 vs 3 cuts. I think that would help hold the meat better in the sandwich. Overall, 7 for the day. Tks to the waitress A.H. who made good recommendations. Update: August 14 had the Chicken Pot Pie. Creamy, good flavor, the vegetables could use some more time in. At the major change was the biscuit. It is now commercialized and flat.

We went on a Monday evening and it was pretty quiet and not busy so our service was pretty quick. The best part? We all really enjoyed our meals! The cheese curds was worth the $3 extra fee and it was great portions overall. We definitely plan on coming back. The worst part? Nothing to bad. Big parking lot and I can’t wait to go back and try some more options from the menu. The menu also says that if you pay in cash, you get 3% off your bill.

I visited this place on a monday night you think it wouldn't be busy and we would get our food quickly but only one of those was correct we waited 40 minutes for our food to arrive! The food was decent I had the traditional buffalo wings it came with celery and a choice of either ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce, I decided on the ranch all in all it was an ok experience I would rate it 6/10

Disappointing Experience with Server Jada

I recently visited this establishment with my wife, expecting a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, our server, Jada, made the visit memorable for all the wrong reasons. From start to finish, her behavior and attitude were unprofessional and outright disrespectful.

To start, Jada greeted us with a demeanor that came off as impatient and uninterested. While we tried to be polite and courteous, it felt as though she had no intention of reciprocating. We were met with eye rolls and heavy sighs when placing our orders, setting a negative tone for the meal.

When our food arrived, my order was undercooked. Politely, I asked if it could be taken back to the kitchen to be cooked thoroughly. To my shock, Jada’s response was rude and dismissive. She muttered something under her breath and reluctantly took my plate back. What’s worse, when she returned with the food, I noticed her behavior was alarming — she slammed the plate down and made me feel as if I had inconvenienced her.

The most upsetting moment came when my wife requested ranch dressing. Instead of accommodating this simple request, Jada responded with a loud and unnecessary “Hell no.” Her tone was aggressive, and her refusal to fulfill such a basic request left us feeling confused and insulted.

Additionally, her personal hygiene was an issue. The odor was so strong that it made our meal unpleasant. It’s rare to encounter this in a service environment, and it’s something that management should address immediately.

To make matters worse, Jada began making inappropriate and unprovoked comments about my wife and me. She ridiculed us about our weight, which was completely uncalled for. The irony was not lost on us, as Jada herself did not seem to meet the standards she was trying to impose on others. This level of disrespect and body shaming has no place in a professional setting.

Her comments became even more inappropriate when she made offensive personal remarks that were completely unwarranted. It felt like an attack, and it left us questioning why someone with such a negative attitude would work in customer service.

This experience not only ruined our evening but also left us feeling humiliated. No customer should ever feel judged, insulted, or mistreated while dining out.

While I understand that everyone has bad days, Jada’s actions went far beyond that. Her lack of professionalism, hygiene, and basic respect for customers were shocking. I strongly urge the management of [Bar & Grill Name] to address these issues and provide proper training to ensure no other customer has to endure such an experience.

We love dining out and supporting local businesses, but this encounter has made us hesitant to return. A bar and grill should be a place where customers feel welcomed, appreciated, and respected. Sadly, that was far from our experience during this visit.

To the management, I hope you take this feedback seriously. Customers deserve better, and with some necessary changes, I believe you can ensure a more positive experience for...

We arrived at 6pm. Waited 23 mins for Gail to take our order. When I told her we had been waiting, she claimed "I was following corporate rules" . After bringing new sodas she never returned to our table. 27 minutes later our food was dropped off by the hostess. No one checked with us to see if our meal was good or if we needed anything. After several minutes I went to the bar to see if someone could get me some mayo. The bartender said he would but never did. When I asked for the manager he said ok and left. He did not do that either. Finally I asked the hostess to get the manager. Manager "Anne" came to the table and was very rude. Anne stated the Gail said I was upset. I ask for my mayo and my check. She then offered to bring a Togo container, inferring that we should leave. When she came back, I asked for the corporate phone number. My son apologized and I corrected him that we have nothing to apologize for. Anne replied I apologize to your son for your behavior. I then asked for the corporate phone numbe again. She told me she does not have one for the corporate office and the general manager was not in.

  1. I am certain that corporate doesn't condone 23 mins to get an order taken, nor, 27 mins for food to get delivered. I am certain that they would require a check back after food has been delivered within 1-2 mins.

  2. Gail- A simple apology for the wait. Instead I got an excuse about corporate rules. Which obviously were not followed as far as service times. She never returned.....never.

  3. Anne- Again a simple apology would solved this issue. Instead she insinuated that it was my fault. Inferred that we should leave. And had no concern that we would not be coming back. No corporate phone number.....really? Anne made no attempt to solve the issues. Even after she was told by the server I was upset and asking the bartender to get the manager. To tell my son that she apologizes for me Is the most unprofessional thing I have ever heard from a manager.

Lastly, there were only 2 tables in the dining room when we got there. They made the decision not to give us proper service. when I spoke up, Anne blamed me and tried to rush me out. Yet they still wanted my money.

We will not go here again. We will give our business to locally owned restaurants. That have proven there accountability to...

This was the first and the last time I’ll be dining at a Crooked Pint. I’ve heard wonderful things from friends, but this experience was horrible.

*I fully understand the burgers are fresh and hot. But I patiently waited for the burger to cool, when everyone else in our table was eating, I picked up my burger from the paperwrap and hot burning cheese shot out the other side running down my hand. It took me a few seconds to realize how badly the cheese burned before I started yelling for napkins to get it off! The waitress walked over asking if I was okay and I said “no it burns!” As I’m starring at her crying because it hurts so bad! She walked back to grab a cold cloth to wrap my hand. The Manager came over minutes later and he was nice and apologetic.

But then the waitress and Manager were hovering over me and giving me very unwelcome/unwanted attention that made me very uncomfortable. The whole experience was embarrassing enough with other tables starring at us! We wanted to leave ASAP and they only made it worse.

All said and done, my palm is burnt red and swollen and I didn’t get to try a single bite of the food I fully paid for. Hopefully other people got to...
