The Signature Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Faribault

I feel as if I'm being generous even giving one star. We arrived planning on having dinner and playing some pool first we sat down at a table and the only thing we could smell with the dirty bathrooms. Then we moved over by the pool tables and since no one had even come into the area to acknowledge that we were there we decided that we would play some pool. I had to flag down a server in order to just even get something to drink. I ordered an iced tea was not asked if I preferred sweet or unsweet and received an incredibly sweet tea. When I asked if they had unsweet tea I was informed the answer was no so I got to have water. Again I had to flag down the server in order for us to have a meal. We ordered it took a long time for our food that we ordered to come out of the kitchen. No one came to check on us to inform us what was going on which would have been the courteous thing to do as a server. Once are food did it was wrong. I ordered potato skins which simply consisted of a baked potato cut in half with onions cheese and bacon on it there were no onions on it and it was incredibly greasy. We ate while we were given because it took so long and we were on a restricted time. They put reserved signs on the table while we were there I thought that was rather rude. When we went to pay our bill which we did not receive from our waiter the waitress behind the bar seemed very uninterested in the fact that we were willing to pay for the lack of service lack of decent food missing ingredients missing items that we received. I will not be returning to this place and. And I will not be recommending this place to anyone.! I am very upset even giving one star! I would like to see Google give the option for no stars after all this is what this business...

Usually, I look forward to the food here but this time was a meant to be a treat. Got some pizza and burgers to enjoy after a long week. My burger was supposed to be medium/well, and hers was supposed to be well done with bacon. After getting home the medium/well patty was cooled and was on her burger and she nearly vomited.. and also had no bacon added on. Mine was well done. The fries were also hard and cooling. We live less than 5 minutes from here so we called in.. got a new order brought it home. Both burgers were black and hard from how much they cooked it, and her burger still had no bacon. By the time we settled down for pizza it was cold, but I'm sure it was made right because it was a cheese. I may try them again, but I remember enjoying their $10 burgers with fondness. The front house was friendly and did provide a refund... but I'm surprised at the cooks.

Just gonna add, burgers are way better at Souper...

This place is actively dismissing mask mandates under the false guise of protecting the rights and privacy of people with disabilities.

Employees are not wearing masks and there are signs posted around the building claiming patrons do not need to wear masks under the blanket assumption that they have a disability, and by falsely citing- and wildly misrepresenting- the ADA, HIPPA, and the 4th Amendment.

Why advertise that you will not be enforcing mask mandates by hiding behind protections intended for those with disabilities? Your policy protects you and your business, not the public or the rights of people with disabilities, so don’t pretend like it does.

Attempting to use hard-fought civil protections afforded by the Americans with Disabilities Act to your advantage in order to avoid enforcing mask...
