Worst experience ever. I had a order of 15 pizzas for 5:30pm I had placed the order the day before. I got there at 6 and they told me they weren't ready yet to wait. Cashier had no customer skills what so ever, wasn't friendly at all as well with the other customers. Not their job to help load the pizzas in my car but atleast could of offered to be polite. At the end of it all I was rushed to get these pizzas I ended up either dropping or leaving my credit card in the store. My credit card was stolen and used at the same place right after I had used it there, don't understand how the cashier didn't notice it was the same card and it happen an hour after I had used it. I had gone Monday the lady was very friendly and told me she will get the manager to get a hold of me. Explaining the situation to her she agreed with me that it wasn't okay and something will get done. Went back Tuesday same cashier that was there when I went to get the pizzas I was able to talk to the manager but all he showed me was me paying which was non helpful at all, They weren't helpful at all the kid was very rude when I told him he could of payed more attention and had no reason to be rude to customers, the manager didn't even bother correcting his employee which he should of and he wasn't helpful at all about this situation. This place doesn't even deserve any stars worst customer service skills ive ever experience, maybe you should train some of your employees on their customer skills or just fire them because they aren't doing your business any good. When I went yesterday also witness the same cashier give bad customer service to a customer that day and nothing was...
Read moreAfter looking at the reviews, I can clearly see what the problem is here. I have been ordering from this location for 5 years now. First off, it really is good pizza for the price. But I as well have noticed, sometimes it is good and sometimes it is not as crispy as other times. The other mention I have noticed is customer service. I can totally put my 2 cents in. Some of the workers are rude, some are not. The problem is there are too many 20 year olds with attitudes being hired. There is a cashier now who always has her hair in a braid to the side. She is the rudest. Doesnt say hello or thank you or even smiles! People in general dont have common courtesy these days. You need to hire friendly people who like to work and actually want to be there. Those are usually the gossips and trouble makers. The quiet ones are the ones who keep to themselves. Those are good workers! Even the male manager isnt nice. Thats why there are so many turnovers at companies these days. You need better management that actually care more about the company and not have favorites at work. I know I’ve worked in the restaurant field for 20 years. Even as a 20 year old i was friendlier than these 20 year old these days. They dont...
Read moreWhen I moved to Carrollton, they were producing some great pizza, but I think staff has now changed and service has gone down dramatically in the past year. Pizzas don’t taste as good and cooking quality has dropped. They don’t answer the phone 30 min before closing and then if you walk in 10 min before closing, they say they’re closed. I used to be in the service industry and we served people until closing, so it just doesn’t make sense. Kinda bummed but this stuff makes me think driving a couple miles more to little Caesars is worth the...
