Good morning everyone well I can say this is the 4th time I have been at this Sonics and I had a very wonderful experiences every time. They look like they got some new people on board if you know what I mean by on board but anyway had a very friendly guy that was dress up so neat well I thought he was from the corporate office the way he was looking look like he just stepped out of GQ magazine if you know what I mean by that but I found out he was a manager I didn't have a problem with that it was just the way he was dressed up and middle aged man he came to the car and greeted me I smiled at them cuz it was so polite. So what I did is all of those Junior breakfast burritos they so cute thought of me two of them I just didn't want to get stuffed if you know what I mean and they fix my burritos so right just the way I like it. And you can taste the freshness and also the temperature was right on time if you know I mean. I like this when you go to a restaurant and a server is kind and friendly ain't got a good personality why not tip them something decent. This made my experience very good and don't mind going back when you got a waiter it take care of you and satisfy you and you know what they say about a satisfied customer go always come back and spend their money. And you can't go wrong only happy hour especially Blue Coconut Slush sometimes when I get one of those slushies I can feel my eyes rolling back of my head oh you know it's good then haha right. Read moreThe food is on par for a Sonic location, and the prices are normal for the Sonic location. The reason this rating might seem low is because this is one of the few Sonic locations I've been to in the DFW metroplex that are still using the old style "menu"s. All of the new ones in the area have an LCD touch screen which is awesome because I can see all of my order items as I'm ordering them and see how my total is adding up. This location has the basic drive in things where at least a few of them are always broken. It's a pain in the ass because it's not until I drive up to one of these things where it says "W#lc!m& to S^NIC!" They seriously need to replace these things, because now I gotta back up and find a different booth.
Seriously though this won't stop me from coming back because there are fewer and fewer Sonics in the area, some of them are shutting down which means this is one of the more convenient ones with regard to my commute/how...
Read moreThey got my burger totally wrong. So I drove back and they corrected the mistake. The manager was very nice and apologetic and was very prompt in correcting the mistake. I understand mistakes happen but I almost felt guilty because the manager really was genuinely concerned that things were corrected to my satisfaction. He went overboard as far as Im concerned. He is definitely a customer service oriented manager and sets an example rarely seen these days. Unlike others who have commented here, I didnt have any wait time at all when I first ordered. Very prompt. I will definitely go back when Im ready for another of those fantastic new Hatch Green Chile...
