I’m a former regular customer for this establishment. I’ve spent several thousand dollars here since the time I moved into a Farmers Branch four years ago. I never had an issue but today I returned a faulty vape that had more than half of the product remaining in it. The clerks called the owner Adam who told them that I could only get a 15% discount. That is insulting to a regular, who has spent so much money over the last 3 years. I will never spend another...

They don't have any employees anymore. Just the owner every time I show up now. Really unpleasant and makes me feel like I'm bothering him when I walk in the door. There was a girl and a guy working nights last week and both gone. I don't know why this place can't keep anyone regular behind the counter. Feels like every month there's a new person who doesn't know anything about what they sell. I shouldn't have to train your staff how to do the job...

Really great place to get e cigarettes. They offer a lot of different types, flavors and colors. Prices are cheaper than the other places I have been. The custumer service is really friendly. They were happy to show me the different brands ans specials they have on sale. " the buy one, get one free" is a really good deal.

I spent a little over 20 bucks and walked out with 2 e vaps.

This will be my place to go to when buying my vapes...
