I can't recommend Brad and his company enough!! I called a few places and didn't like their attitude.. I know nothing about the workings of a pinball machine.. From his phone call on, Brad was AWESOME!! HE answered every thing and explained it to me so I would understand!! My issue on my machine was unfortunately something done backwards from the person who owned it before me.. but Brad and his partner never once gave up and after meticulously going over almost ever single wire they found the problem!! I am so happy to have my pinball machine back up and running!! But.. what really stood out about Brad is at about almost 9PM that same day I got a text from Brad asking if everything was still working ok!! Brad is a very friendly and very professional repair tech. We were in need of having a Bally Strikes and Spares Pinball Machine and a Bally Kiss Machine both from 1979, brought back into working condition and some much needed cleaning done on the cabinets and playfields. He worked us into his schedule fairly quick. The workmanship and attention to detail was phenomenal! He figured out the problem with our pinball machines and had them fixed very quickly. When I found my son’s favorite pinball table for sale, NBA Fastbreak, I messaged Brad quickly to see if I could pick it up. It has always been a dream of mine to get this table for my son. I spoke with Brad and told him my reasons for buying it. He was genuinely happy for me that I could make this happen for him. Brad was kind enough to work around my busy schedule and held the table for me, even though he really needed the space. When my day got away from me, he allowed me to get the table at a crazy hour and then spent an hour with me showing me everything about the table.
