Papa's Pizza & BBQ Farmington Hills 12 Mile — Restaurant in Farmington Hills

I try not the leave negative reviews as I want to support businesses and I understand some people have bad days but my experience was unacceptable.

I sent an online order on 11/10/21 around 5:00 PM for a 5:45 PM pickup. I arrived several minutes early and I was told that the order had just come in and it would take 20 minutes. 35 minutes later I finally got the food. I ate here before and it was a similar situation with the food being ready way past the pickup time.

I suppose I should know better than to order ribs for a pizza place. I ordered the half rack of ribs and they were COLD on the inside. I couldn't even cut the ribs with a knife. I tried to a bite and it didn't even taste cooked! How did it take 35 minutes to make food that wasn't even cooked properly? Suffice to say, I didn't eat the food and threw the whole thing out.

This was probably the worst takeout experience...

Amazing Pizza and Great Service!

I recently visited Papa’s Pizza in Farmington hills, and it was such a fantastic experience! Their Detroit-style pizza is absolutely delicious—the crust is perfectly crispy on the edges while staying soft and airy in the middle. The toppings were fresh and generously portioned, with just the right balance of flavors.

I also tried their wings and cheesy bread, and they were equally amazing. The cheesy bread was gooey, flavorful, and paired perfectly with their marinara sauce.

The staff were super friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. The restaurant itself was clean and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Especially one of the employee His name is Ray He is such a cool guy, they should give him a raise 😂😂

Wanted to take the time out and leave a review for this location. We catered from them this past weekend and I was super impressed. Even with the large amount we ordered everything was perfect. Wings were still crispy hours into the party. Pizza didn’t even last long from how much everyone ate and kept going back for more. The gentleman on the phone was so patient helping me decide exactly how much food to order for my party. We also ordered a few slabs of ribs and let me tell you. They fell right off the bone. Thank you guys for making this part of my party planning so easy for me! You have become our new pizza spot! Wish I took a picture of the full Spread, but I did take a photo of the perfect first...
