Blake's Lotaburger — Restaurant in Farmington

I just had a call in order and order it at 8:00am. Drove to Lota Burger around 8:30 am to pick up my order. There was a line so I thought to myself I could just probably go in and pick up my call in order. But the lady as a cashier told me in a not so nice tone to wait in line and that only 3 people could go in. So I had to wait in line until everyone in front of me placed and got their order even tho they did not call in or do an online. When it was mine turn to pick up my order a door dash arrived inside and the lady let her stay in there (so there was 4 people inside). But when she told me to wait in line I saw she made another door dash wait in line too. So why did this door dash get the benifit of getting her food first and not the other one or myself. In conclusion in my ticket it says “hate waiting , place your order online” , well still ordering online or calling in you still have to wait 30 -40 minutes in line. Ordered one NM style and seasoned fries. Took 30 min to be handed to me. Staff is really disorganized. Literally lost the order for a guy that ordered before me. Guy asked for his money back and they offered him a free drink despite the fact he already had a drink in his hand. Ignored his repeated requests for a refund until his order was redone.

At one point about six orders sat on the table and an employee was just standing over them doing nothing for a few minute. Several upset customers and I asked if their order was among them and he tells them they're not ready. Lady (shift supervisor?) walks up a couple minutes later and starts calling orders out from the ones that "weren't ready." Apparently letting the food get cold is part of the...

4/5 times my service was good. I ordered online so I’m able to just grab my order and they are usually correct. Today I received a completely different order and saw when I had gotten home. I had 3 orders which were itsaburgers meals, I was given lotaburger meals with cheese and onions and green chili. We called the store and was told, “ the cooks remember your order it should be correct.” Eventhough it was not what we ordered which I found very unprofessional. We had to drive back to the store to get the correct orders and show them our order was wrong after being out all day. I always order here and usually I get everything correct but this time I just found it so disappointing with service. 😭 I love lotaburger but it was just super disrespectful.
