Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Farmington

Domino's has made a lot of changes to their menu and they knocked it out of the park, in my opinion. I'd sworn off the place years ago due to the quality of the food, (namely, the pizza ... I mean, if you're a pizza joint and can't do it right, uh... that's a lot of nope, right?) Well, I was at a family gathering and the crew opted for Domino's. Rather than starve, I perused the new menu items and tried a sammich and salad: BALLER. Quite impressed with them both, and I had a bite of few other things that my family members had ordered: also baller. On top of the increased quality in the menu, their online ordering is super easy/user friendly and it's not long before you rack up points in your Pizza Profile: six orders of $10+ and you earn a free pizza! That's pretty much awesome. If your office or group of friends, etc., are ordering - be sure you use your login and bank those Pizza Profile points!*

*I'm an unpaid, non-spokesperson for Domino's haha I am; however, a wordy person sometimes... if I'm going to take the time to write a Google review, I'm going to do it right! So... yeah, I recommend you give Domino's a shot - this particular location is SUPER thorough, polite, quick and they've never messed up an order of mine. Can't really ask for more than that!

Freshly made pizza and other delicious items, delivery is tracked and fairly quick. Only issue I have is that they sometimes forget items upon delivery. They usually rectify the issue right away though.

Update on this local dominos restaurant: The last few times I have ordered delivery has been the most terrible thing...jk. I’ve actually experienced a correction in my previous complaint and even during the virus stuff they delivered late at night and had all items I ordered at the time of delivery which is good. So if ya want pizza or anything from dominos menu in these times of the virus....order from dominos they have improved at this location on item delivery whether it’s a sauce or pizza and the delivery time and they also have great food quality when fresh it is pretty great they have improved in the right direction. Thanks for the quick delivery times, and good food quality as well as the improved app which allows you to have them leave it at your door if it’s a digital purchase and tip to help you and your order and not be concerned about social distancing. We order delivery here often, almost weekly. They are always quick and the drivers are friendly! They've never messed up on a delivery for us. I did order a carry out order once from this location, that experience was not that great. First I was put on hold instantly and made to wait 4-5 minutes, then when the not so friendly girl picked back up she hung up on me. I called back and a man answered. He was friendly and asked me kindly if I could wait just a moment, I didn't mind. When I got to the location to pick up the girl was the one at the window. I asked for the gentleman whose name I had asked for, that had taken care of me properly. I explained the situation to him and to my surprise turned out he was the GM. This was a great example of what a leader should be, he did all the right things even when he was doing the "peasant" work, sadly it's also an example of how even when some people have a good example to follow they choose to take the "easy road". If you're gonna work in customer service you need to be able to be friendly and helpful. I gave the man a tip for his efforts in treating me like a loyal customer. Overall, I think this...
