We went through the drive through, my kids wanted the adult Minecraft meals , so I got one also. Also a quarter pounder meal. It was busy , I got to the window after paying, she asked me to park in lane 1 , my food would be right out. I was with my 17 year old daughter, chatting away. I noticed right after leaving the window, we were a drink short. I thought it’s been a long time 10 min maybe. I am going to see if they forgot about me , plus I needed the drink they forgot. Went up to the counter , explained I am waiting in lane 1, I was short a drink and where is the food? A supervisor looked around and said her that drink to a worker. She’s yelling get these orders out everyone , come on , what are you all doing ? Three times she says to the worker , get her the drink! She is standing right here. I said with , I thought a loud enough voice , I will just take the food out also. Save you some time . After 10 min , I got my sweet tea. I got a workers attention explained , it’s been 20 min since I ordered and been waiting . No other cars waiting , they got their food and drove off??? Weird. The worker said oh she just took the food out . I got to the car , no food !!! I was starting to get upset. Walked back in , you said the food went out , it’s not there. The worker said oh she just took it out . I went back out to the car, finally food was in the car but cold . I don’t know what happened but a I’m sorry , would have remedied the problem or at least get us fresh fries. I will still try again , I’m sure . I hope others are not experiencing this...
Read moreIt was one of the worst experiences I have had with McDonald's. First, it took over 30 minutes to get our food. My daughter and her family of 5 all ordered ,got their food and finished their food long before we even got our food. After finally getting our food,my husband's sausage McMuffin with egg had no egg. So I told the counter person and they replaced it,. Only they gave him one with bacon not sausage. Unhappily my husband ate it. And besides being cold. ,my McDouble plain ,nothing but the meat ,cheese and bacon had pickles,mustard,ketchup and onions. I had to scrape those things off my burger with napkins. Gross. Cold and still tasting the residue of pickles and mustard was not good. Then the grandkids and my husband wanted ice cream cones. Well, the machine was broken. Was it? Or were those kids behind the counter too lazy to get the ice cream? As a customer as well as a former teenage fast food employee ,last night's experience was unacceptable and what gives McDonald's a bad name. And we were kind,patient and friendly and they were not friendly and were uncaring. They said they accidentally gave our order to people on drive through.but 30 minutes, really? We had to ask them they never came to us. Also, the place was not busy at all. They had some drive through customers but only a few other customers inside in all that tie. Read moreI ordered through the app for drive thru pick up. I live about 5 minutes away not far and when I got home I saw they forgot my 6 piece nugget and one of my cheese burgers. I drove back and let them know at the drive thru I was coming by because some of my order was forgotten. At the window the girl was apologetic and asked what was forgotten. After I told her she mistakenly thought I said fries and I corrected her that it was a nugget and cheeseburger. She came back with only the nuggets and says “my manager said you got your fries already” i correct her again that it was a cheeseburger. She leaves and returns and said her manager “isn’t doing anything” but we could come inside. My boyfriend went inside (with our original bag and receipt in case they wanted to check) my boyfriend said the manager immediately dismissed him. Says we already got our burger and walked to the back. My boyfriend asked if someone else could help him until the manager came back and told my boyfriend to leave the store and complain online. His name is Dennis. I paid for a cheeseburger and did not receive it. Was treated rudely (only by the manager the cashier was very kind) and dismissed - literally told gtfo. I can understand MAYEB if I was rude when I came back, I don’t know why we were treated so rudely and dismissed. I only want what I had paid for.
