I placed an order online, when I went to pick it up they didn't receive it. She asked me to confirm the email I received. I never got an email so apparently there is an issue with the app and the orders don't go through even though I was charged. So she apologized and explained it was an issue with corporate. Ok, no problem. The only problem I had was that I then had to get in line to order even though I had ordered before a crowd of ppl went in. The app situation was not my fault, now I have to worry about being charged twice. The least she could have done due to the inconvenience was taken my order before making me go to the end of the line. Not cool at all. The sandwich tasted terrible and the veggies were old and browning. Definitely don't recommend subway on Farmington Ave in Farmington and have no intentions of returning...
