Subway — Restaurant in Farmington

Went in to get a sandwich and it wasn’t busy at all. Immediately got what felt like an attitude from Garret. There was a man before me who handed him a piece of paper with his order written on it. Seemed bummed he had to actually do his job and make a sandwich. Took his sweet time I couldn’t tell if was literally that slow or just had attitude. Once it was my turn he didn’t even change his gloves!! After touching someone else’s paper. Dipping his gloves in every condiment. Gross. He took his time slow as ever making my sandwich placing my condiments and veggies all in the middle of sandwich. I didn’t hear him ask me if I wanted it toasted and he had an attitude about that. Saw him make my boyfriend’s sandwich and other people walk in so he started making it slower. He asked for green chili and asked for a little more because he just slopped it all in the middle of the sandwich without spreading it out. He looked up at my boyfriend with a dirty look on his face once he asked for a little more chili. If you don’t want to do your job QUIT! There are other people in need of jobs who will do it better. He had attitude, slowest person I’ve ever seen make a sandwich and by far the rudest, didn’t change his gloves after touching dirty objects customers being in, and he didn’t have his hair pulled back, looked dirty just flopping over our food! When you take a food handler class ALL OF THAT IS IN VIOLATION WHAT I SEEN TONIGHT. I’m not one to complain but I’m sick of this generation and their attitudes! I’m sick of the lazy and rude workers. When we walked in we were hit with a wall of heat!! It was 80+ outside but way hotter inside. The employees looked miserable but was still friendly and attentive. I ended up taking my over shirt off. I over heard them talking about how hot they are. I asked why it's so hot in there. They said between the proofer and the over and no AC it's bad. In between customer they have to go out side to cool off. I asked why they didn't have AC and they said it's broken, has been all summer and who ever won't get it fixed. One lady said that over the summer it got to be over 100 degrees in there and the boss won't shut down to fix it. How is this leagal? As a customer who spent 20 mins in there, I was miserable. It's inhumane for the workers to have to be in there for hours. My husband said as we were leaving, it would have been better to eat outside in the sun. Would have been cooler. Management and owner do better for your employees...

wow! horrible! never going back. tonight, the service was horrible, food, nasty and wrong! covered my sandwich in mustard when i did not order mustard! manager himself was so rude and did not apologize for messing up my order. his excuse was “uh we had other people here at the same time” how hard is it to read a ticket and make a sandwich? i get you don’t want to be there but bro we have to pay for this food, you get paid to work there. i already don’t like the location by the bowling alley for same reason, now i seriously will never be eating any subway again. my sandwich was so disgusting it ruined my taste of you guys. can’t believe you would let such a rude person be...
