We have purchased from these guys and used the Maytag store down the road for repairs for over 5 years now. We have purchased a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and an electric stove over the years. We have never had a faulty appliance- these are brand new appliances with usually minimal cosmetic damage for more than HALF the price you could find at Lowe’s or Home Depot….. they have always treated us nice and been super helpful in finding the appliances we want. Not pushy or over the top- simply helpful. They deliver to our house in town and take away the old ones for free. The repair guy (God bless him) has worked on our appliances more than once and has always been fantastic. Repairs anywhere cost money, but he has always been upfront and charged us only what is needed- never have felt exploited. Today, Ryan, dropped off our dryer because ours quit working Christmas morning (of course) and we didn’t have the broken one ready for him to take- and he was booked with other deliveries so we would have to load and drop off at the store later on our own. He called us an hour later offering to come back and pick up OR pick up tomorrow if it wasn’t ready for FREE! (He didn’t have to do that!!!!) I can’t say enough good things about this store. Farmington Appliance sent a repair man to my house for a refrigerator that I purchased from them. I had a problem with the freezer at the time but it cleared on its own. The repairman was in my home approximately 15 minutes to tell me it would be a $800 repair or that I should buy a new refrigerator. I was charged $97.00 for this service call. The refrigerator cleared on its own which means I did not need a $800 repair or did I need to buy a new refrigerator. The $97 service charge was outrageous and should be reimbursed. I recommend not doing any business with this company. A very shady swindling, dishonest company trying to get money out of a senior citizens...

We have purchased three separate appliances from Discount Appliance Center over the past two years and we have been pleased every time! The staff is so kind and helpful, as well as honest and knowledgeable. The dents/scratches have always been minor and don’t affect the quality or operation of the appliances themselves. The best part? If you leave the old one outside, they will haul it away for you when they deliver your new one.
