NEVER EVER GO HERE, I'M NOT KIDDING, I have no agenda, READ THE WHOLE POST and you will understand. (all this took place over 5 or 6 visits)
Beware they charge you full price for a fountain drink even when you order water at the drive thru (where you can't get to their multi-drink dispenser to get anything else even if you wanted too). I even complained to the person in charge and she said that was the price of the water.
The person taking orders at the counter would only take one order at a time. He would take the order and then go stand where the food comes out of the kitchen and wait on that food, EVEN WITH OTHER PEOPLE STANDING IN LINE. What should have taken 3-4 minutes ended up over 15 minutes. All the while the manager was walking by this kid & around this kid and looking at the line AND NEVER SAID ANYTHING TO THIS KID. I understand he was probably new but she should have told him to go help other customers while he was waiting for the kitchen to do their thing. If I was the top person in charge of this Wendy's SHE WOULD BE SO FIRED and the kid would have been told if he ever did that again, he would join her in the unemployment line.
Don't go here unless you have your winter coat on (even when it is warm outside). It is warmer to sit outside even with the wind blowing everything around. Food was ok, staff was poor even for a bunch of kids that don't care, but the temperature in the restaurant had to be in the 50's. I even ask 2 other tables that where sitting outside with us (while lobby was empty), " did you freeze you out too?" And they both answered "YES", with one table stating they would not be back because of it.

I had two biggie bags on my order which they gave me burgers for in place of the nugges. And I had a 10pc nugget meal for my son which they took off. I was told that if the money from that meal wasn't back on my card in the next few days, to come by and they would give me cash. Today, 12/10/23 I stopped by and was told by a RUDE manager that I had to go through the app and he couldn't do anything. He looked at me like I was crazy when I told him what I was told to do the other night regarding my money and wouldn't even come up to talk to me right away because he was "too busy". He was rude to the other male working there, who is always so sweet. There should be better communication within their business regarding online orders and how to handle them. I wasn't rude to him and I don't appreciate being talked to that way. You might be in the wrong position with an attitude like that. Do better Wendy's...

Ordered the $1 frosty, the person at the counter handed me what looked like a vanilla frosty and stated that their machine was down so they had to add chocolate syrup to vanilla, but assured me it tasted like chocolate. I was dubious but accepted the order and thought I would at least give it a try in case he was right. I did try it, but it was vanilla. I went up to the counter to ask if they could add some more chocolate syrup to my vanilla frosty, but was given excuses on why that could not be done. I jokingly asked for a refund, but was offered a cookie instead. (They actually couldn't do a refund, with the PoS being down, not their fault). I encouraged them to inform potential chocolate frosty orderers that the frosties are severely lacking and thanked them. I was looked at like a was a bug found under a rock.
