Walked in the door today at 12:45pm. My mother and I had to wait at the hostess station for about 8 minutes until the hostess came up from out of the back in the kitchen area to seat us. She was pleasant, but seemed as if we were interupting her time as she looked around the restaurant and the seating chart. There were not a lot of guests in the restuarant at this time of day. She preceded to seat us. There was no silverware on the table. But there was appetizer plate a couple of napkins and 2 forks on the table. Our waitress came and asked dor our drink orders. She brought out our deinks and then we ordered. The waitress was pleasant and attentive. However our food, was not the greatest. My mother ordered the grilled chicken breast with a side of mashed potatoes and broccoli. Her chicken and mashed potatoes was dry and crusty. Her broccoli was cold. I ordered the chicken and shrimp smothered fajitas. My food was served on a sizzle plate that was not sizzling and the food was warm to the touch but not hot. We had to ask for silverware. As we were sitting an eating uou can the kitchen staff in the kitchen with only one waitress on the floor yelling, laughing, conversing loudly in the restaurant by the booths at the front door. Just very un professional. We will need to think twice before coming back to eat here. Just was not the atmosphere we were looking for. And we don't like cild food unless it supposed to be cold such as ice cream. Management needs to have a meeting with the employees and correct the...
Read moreLet these horrible reviews speak for their self. Wouldn’t waste another cent at this place if I were you. Placed a $56 order for Carside-To-Go, thankfully they got our order right. Except they added more than we were expecting…TWO HAIRS IN TWO SEPERATE MEALS. Absolutely disgusting. Nothing quite like eating your meal and getting a hair in the next bite. Someone working here is shedding like a cat. Called right after it happened and asked to speak to a manager. Put on hold for 15 minutes, finally got to speak to one who was nice enough but all she wanted was for us to come pick up a replacement meal for the meals that had hair in them. I asked her “if you found hair in your food, would you want that restaurant making you anymore food? Or would you eat there again?” And she said “well no I wouldn’t”
She said she would refund me partially but she couldn’t do it at this location so she had to send it to corporate. Said she would call me back and guess who I haven’t heard from? The manager. So I called corporate myself to report the incident and the franchise owner is suppose to call me back. Maybe. At this point I don’t expect anything more from this trashy establishment. Read moreCame to this establishment on 07/24/2021 with a large group. 7 adults and 3 children. They sat us quickly which was great. As the waitress came to get our drinks we were not welcomed. She asked us what we wanted to drink within 2 mins of looking at the menu. When the first 2 people couldn't figure out quickly enough what they wanted to drink she rolled her eyes and huffed. I let that one go thinking that maybe she was just having a rough day and maybe she was tired. Everyone is entitled to have moment. I gave her my order and my child's order she then went back to the first 2 and when they were trying to figure out the name of the drink they wanted she walked to the end of the table to ask the others. As they were telling her that child's drink Myself and 2 of my cousins WATCHED her roll her eyes. Needless to say that was it. I addressed her and she lied and said she didn't do it. We literally WATCHED her!!! We all got up and left. When someone from my party called and asked to speak to the manager. The manager. I believe his name was Adam. I could be mistaken however Adam sided with the waitress saying that it was a miscommunication. How is rolling your eyes 2xs a miscommunication.
