Arby's — Restaurant in Farmville

A month ago I came to the drive thru. It wrapped all the way around the building and the car at the microphone was waiting for someone to answer. Waited 30 minutes and they never answered. Parked and went inside and told them the lady said we didn’t hear anyone on the microphone..I point at the line put the window and said is going all the way to the street . Waited another 30 minutes inside for food. Yesterday we waited for 10 minutes to be told they had no turkey and no beef .. that is literally what you serve! There are no other menu items except fries … instead of making us stand there you could have posted a sign or something so we don’t just stand there waiting and waiting ... won’t be coming back needs...

Went to Arby’s tonight at 8:40 PM and it was closed. This website clearly shows the place is open until 11 PM. Just happened to see the manager at the gas station right after, tried to ask a simple question and let him know the website needed to be updated and he was a real jerk, I am using jerk politely so as not to call him what he really was! Stopped in to grab a quick lunch while shopping in Farmville.
