Bandidos Tacos & Cantina — Restaurant in Farmville

Man this hurts to do cause it was my favorite restaurant in town. I ordered pick up order of 3 margaritas 6 street tacos omg nachos and a burrito nortino. As we finished everything else and as we were finishing the nachos I bit down on some really hard. It looked like a tooth. So I call back to complain. I tell the manager" I don't want a refund or anything. Yall are my favorite restaurant but I wanted to complain cause this is disgusting". He said to come back he wanted to give me a full refund. I said "I don't need it. This is disgusting thought, do better". He insisisted I come back bring the object and get a refund. So I go back. I take it to him and he starts asking if I cleaned it cause it didn't look like it had been in food. Said it looks closer to a rock. I'm like "ok well how did it get in my nachos. I didn't ask you for anything. You asked me to come back". He gave me a 12dollar gift card as an apology. I gave it back. Definitely won't...

Drove 18 miles to pick up a 70$$ order to go....got to the restaurant and parked on the street by the door that said "carry out exit" perfect, right? Not 1 sign that says no parking. I walk in to be greeted by a bossy blond who ordered me to move my car because I will get a ticket...told her I just needed to grab my already paid for order..'.no 'she said 'you need to move your car' you will get a ticket'. I said 'I am not leaving to repark my car...and I need you to grab the bag with my food that is sitting right there'. Another person came over and asked could she help me and yes thank you I just need to pick up my food and leave...what a rude greeting... so much for a warm welcome....so unprofessional.....don't let that young lady speak to anyone coming thru.your door unless she gets customer service training. The food was very tasty and outstanding, but after my experience from the "greeter" and drove all that way, I doubt I will make...

Visited them at their busy lunch hour. Waited for 15-20 minutes to be seated. We didn’t mind the wait as their ambience was great and inviting and they were highly rated on google. We were excited & looking forward for it.

Service was a 1* -While waiting we had to get attention for the server to be seated after we saw 3-4 tables empty. After we were seated, had to wait a long time to put in the orders. Our server was in a hurry while taking the orders as a result, he messed it up. Served me beef tacos instead of chicken. -Another server came and helped to fix the order. This server was good.

Surprisingly kitchen was very fast to serve the order. It just took 5 minutes.

Food was 3* -Their homemade spicy salsa was fresh but mild salsa didn’t feel fresh/flavorful. -Entrees were decent on taste & flavor.
