Wow!!!! Amazing service from start to finish and the main reason everyone should shop and support local small businesses! Mr. Talley was extremely helpful in assisting me with finding a gift for a baby shower and placed a special order for me. The price was very reasonable. I live over an hour and a half away and's he arranged to have it shipped directly to me as it was a tight timeline (due to MY delay). The present inadvertently was shipped to the store. I called the store on Friday afternoon when it had not arrived and they immediately took the time to track down the order and then the owner personally drove the gift an hour and a half away to my home (one way) that night in time for the shower the next day. The service here was unfortunate, the woman who serviced my order was condescending and disrespectful. A service was done to the necklace that was brought in despite not asking for it. While I can understand a company trying to provide service beyond what is asked, this favor is removed when they charge an unreasonable amount of money that was different then the original quote. When I put my grandson's cross in to get the clasp fixed, I advised the service person we would need it before my grandson goes to college on 20AUG24. It was put in almost two weeks before that date. Never received a phone call saying it might be a delay or it would not be ready. The 19th they were close still nothing.
