Bojangles — Restaurant in Farmville

It was 8 pm. Drive thru order taking was polite. They had no regular biscuits available. I was asked if I woulf take a boberry biscuit instead with my number 9 meal which was 4 supremes, fries, biscuit and drink. I waited in the drive thru for over 8 minutes for my food. I stated at the order speaker that I would substitute the regular biscuit for a boberry biscuit and if I coykd please have ranch and honey mustard dupping sauces. I had to ask again if they put put both dipping sauces in my box and they did not so they had to huny down my ranch sauce and hand it to me. After the 8 minute wait on my order. I drove home and opened my box to eat my food and the supremes looked like they had been sitting in the warmer most of the evening. There were 3 very small supremes and one half of a supreme. There was no biscuit at all. The fries were good. The tea was good. It seemed that who ever was runing the front end was not on top of their dutues as to make sure that the food was fresh. The shift manager seemed to be unorganized. The gentleman taking drive thru orders was polite and did great on taking my money for my order. I thought the 8 minute wait on my order was due to either fresh fries or supremes but it was not. It was the lack of organizational skills, food safety skills, customer service, food and customer satisfaction skils. I love Bojangles but now I know to never get food after 6 pm from...

I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I got up to the window to be told they had given my food away. I was told to pull up for them to bring out my order. 10 min later, someone came out and asked me my order AGAIN because they had LOST MY TICKET???? I watched as the cars behind me received their orders and drove off. All I had was a 3 PC meal! That was by far the worst customer service from that Bojangles I've ever received. I ended up going inside to get my order.
