Cook Out — Restaurant in Farmville

Normally we have a good experience at Cook Out restaurants, but this one was not great. We had a fairly large order (5 trays, 2 orders of hushpuppies, 2 orders of onion rings, and order of cheese bites, an order of chicken nuggets, 4 milkshakes, a tea, and 2 sodas). Normally we woukd place an order this size online a little before we got there, but they don't have this option. The cashier was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience for us to come through her drive thru. As anyone woukd with an order that size, we pulled up and checked the order before leaving only to find a few items missing from our order. One of us went in and the manager requested she bring ALL of our good and the receipt back inside. No big deal. She came out and hot them and took them inside. The manager then rifled through all of our food with her bare hands opening the burgers, etc. After thus we requested all of our good be remade and for the missing items to be placed with our food. The manager got angry and refused to remake the food and told us to leave WITHOUT our food ot a refund and threatened to call the cops when we refused to leave without one or the other. She finally remade our food and made sure everything was there. By that time (almost an hour) the milkshakes were melted and gross and the sodas were watered down from the melting ice. We got home and still found we were missing one order of hushpuppies, but having to deal with that staff was definitely not worth calling or going...

Went inside to place order. Not sure if she was a shift leader or what...had on all black but definitely not a manager. Asked for bbq char grilled chick tray. All she heard was BBQ.. Repeated what I wanted all she heard was chicken sandwich. No mam. She insisted that was it. No mam. Been coming here for years ordering the same thing. Had to point to it on menu which listed it as I had stated it. She never heard of it. Next asked for a milkshake. My food was given to me. No milkshake. They made 10 milkshakes. Told lady I wanted a tea instead of standing there waiting for a shake they weren't making of me being in there for 10 min after getting my food. She says they fix drive thru first. She says something to guy making shakes and tells me they are making it. No mam he's not he just asked what kind. She goes to hand me cup I ask for my $1 refund obviously. She asks a manager for help on register. Another manager was in drive thru and said refund all my money. Apparently he noticed me and how long i had been in store waiting. Thank u sir. Finally get milkshake and leave. Glad to have gotten refund... sandwich was burnt and dry. Chicken wrap was extra dry. All this to say know the menu when u serving customers and don't try to down play as if a customer don't know what they want because u don't know menu. Also people who come inside desire and need to be served in a fashionable time as well. Thank u again for the refund it was well...

on march 18th 10.10pm i entered the drive way and ordered a cookout tray and subsituted my drink for a shake. i then ordred a seperate ice tea drink with my order. when i got to the window cashier Tynaesha was VERY RUDE. during the rude interaction my order was completely wrong. i was given two sodas with my cookout tray. and when i said something about this Tynaesha then proceeded to say i gave you two cokes like you asked and i stated i never asked for two cokes i dont even drink soda. so i asked for her manager because i seen there was no progress with this interaction. i spoke to the shift manager michelle which it took numerous times of me asking what is her name for me to even get her name. first tynaesha asked me why i need to know her name and i stated this conversation is no longer your concern once im speaking to your manager. michelle got the order corrected and stated it was like a dollar fifity differerence and heres your change. i honestly didnt care what the difference was if ;the whole shift wasnt conversating in the background about personal issues while i was ordering my food, my order would have never been wrong in the first place. i shouldnt have to hear who is messing with who on the innercom while im waiting to...
