Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Farmville

Poorly run and lazy manager. Waited 30 minutes to get our drinks. 50 minutes to place our order, got food 1.5 hours in and it took 30 minutes to work out our bill. The sad part was the poor waitress was running ragged and the manager sat on a stool the whole time just doing nothing. Considering the young waitress got NO support, our slow and haphazard service shows poor leadership from management. He should have stepped in to help instead of lazing around just watching. That waitress was trying hard with our group of 14 but we werent her only table. But to make it worse, When bills got mixed up, we were standing there when the waitress asked her manager to help and he walked over and did nothing but lean up against the half wall yawning. I am only giving one star because I have to.give something to review. We have always in the past had good experiences here but today was enough to make me never patronize this business again. It took over an hour for food to come. My daughters burger was inedible and cold and my sons burger was cold. My husband ordered boneless wings double cooked and he recieved bone in wings and they were raw inside. We never recieved silverware at all. We ordered an extra order of fries and tator tots which did not come until I was leaving. I asked to speak to the manager who offered a piece of cheesecake in place of the burger my daughter could not eat. I refused not only because my daughter doesn't like cheesecake but because it was an insult. The check was $61 and all that was able to be eaten was my 7 year olds frys and an order of...

Some serious top to bottom retraining is in order here. Inattentive service, long ticket times for no apparent reason, only to have food to come out cold and incorrect. Side items forgotten and received 10 minutes later as a bowl of bland wet microwaved noodles. Spoke to the “Manager”, he seemed COMPLETELY disinterested in the problem and walked around looking lost for the duration. Asked to have him remake the sandwich correctly and bring it out hot, he seemed honestly confused that I would ask such a thing. After getting the horrible mac and cheese as well as the cheese missing from my sandwich, I spoke to the Manager again and told him just to cancel the remake and I was no longer interested in dining in.
