Jumbo Burgers — Restaurant in Farr West

ex employee here! if you’re reading this thinking about getting food at jumbo i hope you will keep reading this and it can help make up your mind!! anytime you get anything fried like fry’s, tots, corn dog, etc. it is going to be made in weeks old oil that we can even see through muck. around the dry station there is even more muck and mold inside of the salt shaker they use for fries. the owner, mohommad would not let us change or clean ANYTHING even if we chose to do it on our own time. the ice cream machine never gets cleaned, and neither does the soda machine which has gunk preventing the soda from coming out sometimes, as well as the ice well has black mold and several bugs and spider webs in it. fish burgers and chicken get fried earlier in the day and warmed up later. the meat does not get stored properly, left out in room temperature most of the time which has caused numerous people to get sick. the grill gets stood on when it’s off ands the grill only gets a wipe down with a rag and sanitizing spray. the whole place is absolutely disgusting mold at every corner of the kitchen and muck and grime. the owner mohommad also smokes cigarettes in the back of the kitchen around food and in the open, making the whole place smell disgusting but also so much food smelt like cigarettes and he told us to “cook the smell off”. i have no idea how this place is still open, but if you’re still here i hope i could have changed your mind about supporting this...

Friendly front counter staff. Only small comment about the food so 4.5 but granted a 5.

Burger was lacking acceptable serving of beef but much improved dipping in tasty fry sauce.

For a $9.99 burger I would prefer to not have to take the buns apart to distribute my own pastrami evenly. Was the bun mangled and meat stacked awkwardly due to 'cut in half' request?

Not sure what the food was but had to spit one (3/8 " square) part out...firm and indecipherable. Maybe a hard portion of a 🍅?

First visit here. I only ordered one pastrami burger and found the meal satisfied my hunger.

The fries looked good and the menu is varied reminds me of Crown Burger, which I enjoy. I will visit again but check out the pricing on a burger with more meat and I'm going to try the mushroom burger requesting caramelized onions.

Ideally, I would invite someone along and split a double or even triple meat specialty burger...the patty's are about as thin as 'borderline pass-able'. For a $10 Burger maybe, second thought, they are not acceptable...a previous writer may not have complained about too many condiments if the meat ratio was balanced. I WAS NOT IMORESSED AT ALL! I waited about 15 minutes for someone to help me. I stood at the counter for a ling timenbeforebsomeone came up. Then I waited about 15 minutes to dine in for the order. Tbey never let me know it was ready. Very poor customer service. I ordered a strawberry shake. It was the worst shake I have ever had. The ice cream was not ice cream. It was a terrible mix that I would never recommend. It is sonbad I would never go there for a shake. McDonald's is 10 times better. Then the strawberry mix is fake imitation mix. They do not use realbstrawberrys. The price of the shake was 6 dollars. For this price I expect a great quality shake. This was beyond terrible. There are sobmany other places that put this to shame. I will NOT recommend shakea at Jumbo burgers. If the owners carwd about quality of food they would start with authentic products and not shortcut with imitations. Then the customer service of no one notbcoming up to help. Then not calling your order when ready or taking it out. The little details go a long way for being a goodborba great place.
