Went there ( the Subway in Farr West) 2 Thursdays ago there I had to wait for ten minutes to get any help. All the employees were in back joking. I yelled " Hello? " one person came up to help and said that the manager was there. We ordered our sandwiches. The staff was not friendly and acted " put out" so to speak. So today (9/27/18) We thought we would give it another shot. I pulled in and watch through the window all the staff run to the back. One girl walked up ( she was new).I ordered italian herb and cheese bread and they were out. So I got a wheat one. She kept trying to get one of the other girls to come up and help. The experienced employee finally came up to help a little. Then she yelled for Sarah to come help make my other 2 sandwiches ( both were steak on flatbread). Well, they didn't have any steak cause no one wanted to shred it she said. So one sandwich turned into BLT and the other buffalo chicken. Well... they didnt have any buffalo chicken. So that sandwich turned into regular chicken breast. Then they didn't have any black pepper to shake onto the sandwich like "normal". It was mixed with salt a lot of salt. We didn't get any. Not a big deal. Then the girls were up front arguing about who was going to do the dishes and one should do rock,paper, scissors for it. It was just very unprofessional and rude. They acted put out and just like the customers ( not only me ,but the people behind us.) Shouldn't be there. I do however want to give a huge shout out the the new girl. I didnt get her name, but she was kind and made eye contact. Very professional. Thank you so much for that. I WILL NOT IN ANYWAY GO BACK HERE EVER AGAIN. Read moreHorrible service. I went here to get some subs for my family and they asked how many I wanted and I said 4. They asked if it would possible to come inside and I said, not really but I will. I was with my kids and had I wanted to come inside, I would have come inside and not through the drive-thru so I left the restaurant and then called them up and said they lost a customer and 4 sandwiches because I didn't want to come into the restaurant which is why I went to the Drive thru She said that if there were more then 4 sandwiches they had to make them inside. I told I ordered just 4 and said she should tell her manager that they lost a customer that night. She didn't seem too disappointed at that comment. Read moreThe worst experience ever. Ordered online through the app and went to go pick it up. I had to wait in line for about 10 minutes just to ask for my order. The employee said it was "over there" and gestured to a nearby bread cart by the door. I thought it was weird that they didn't hand me my order, but I picked it up and drove home anyways.
I opened the bag only to be greeted with what was my "sandwich". It was just thrown into the bag with everything falling out of it. I had to slide it out on to a plate to even eat it. For reference, since you can't tell by the picture, it was a chicken bacon ranch sub.
