Service is quick if you already know what you want. Menu is simple, they've got versions with and without cream cheese for most of their fruit kolaches. Flavor of the month (March) looks to be pistachio; not bad but it tastes a bit syrupy. Butter pecan & Nutella are amazinggg, get plenty of those if you can! On the savoury kolaches, my fave is definitely the jalapeño cheddar, it's got rings of jalapeños inside the kolaches and the slight sweetness of the bread goes really well with the saltiness of both the cheddar and sausage. Ham & cheese is good too but imo sausage with cheddar jalapeño is better. Plain sausage is not to miss either for the lactose intolerant folks, very simple but good flavor. Also, they've got bundles of frozen kolaches in the freezer off to the side, if you want to take some home to make later.

A new bakery opened in Fate, TX today, the Four Czechs Bakery. They have Klobisniks (sausage and/or cheese wrapped in a pastry) and Kolaches (fruit and/or cream cheese filled pastries). The reception they received from the people in Fate, TX was unbelievable!!! The line of customers was out the door and down the street all morning. They sold out 3 times. We managed to get 6 sausage & cheese Klobisniks (that was all they had left when we finally got in). They are the BEST sausage and cheese pastry I’ve ever had. I can’t wait until I have the opportunity to try their kolaches. I highly recommend the Four Czechs Bakery in Fate,TX.

My family and I started coming to Four Czechs when they first moved to the area. We all love their real kolaches. We always get a variety of their flavors. We (and by “we” I mean my wife and I ) absolutely love the Klobasniks. All the flavors are great. If you don’t like spice, they have them without jalapeño. But even with the jalapeño, they are still pretty mild. But still delicious!! I 100% recommend Four Czechs Bakery to anyone. Oh, how can I recommend a place without giving praise to their super nice staff who also gets your food almost as fast as you can order it.

First things first, the food here is amazing. But there seem to be some issues with their supply that need to be worked out.

We have been going since the beginning, literally. My husband was 6th in line on their first day open. We came at least once a week for a while. We slowed down a bit when we started noticing that it didnt matter if you were there as soon as they opened for the day or 2 hours in, they weren't going to have everything, or even close to everything available. Several times we have gone in with plans to get a dozen kolaches and a half dozen klobasniks and left with very little or nothing because they had an almost empty case and nothing even in the oven to wait on. Its disappointing to go in expecting to leave with something, even if it isn't your first choice (because I understand the process, I know the dough needs time to rise), and instead leaving empty handed.

I dont know how to fix the problem, but I cant keep convincing my 3 young children to have kolaches for breakfast and then not give them any of the flavors they are...

Friendly staff, good Kolaches, but, being a breakfast business, coffee needs more focus, as well as, coffee options
including cream, stevia and honey to address the many coffee enthusiasts out here. We go JUST for the coffee! We’ve been back a couple of times just to give this place a chance. The kolaches are definitely not the soft, airy ones like you get in west
they are more dense and cake-like in texture. We repeatedly asked for cream and honey, but told cream is “expensive”. I have priced the individual serving boxes of both half n half and the chemical substitute, Coffee Mate, and there is basically no difference. Not sure why a business would be so obstinate to a customer’s request. We can’t be the only ones who have this preference. If you have a “breakfast” business
WHY would you not only exclude good coffee and coffee add ins, but send your customers to another business to wait in another line for it?! Overall, they need better kolaches and some business /customer...

This place is so cool. Their story (which you can find on their website) is really neat. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful and makes you feel like a friend, not just a customer.

The food is of the highest quality and the prices are fair for food this good. I love the klobasniks, which donut shops call kolaches. The meat and bread are fresh and the buns are just slightly sticky and sweet, which balances the savory juiciness of the meat. The cream cheese jalapeno sausage is particularly good

The kolaches here are the sweet treats. Picture a square pastry that's sort of a cross between a biscuit and a tart. Soft, rich, and flavorful. My personal favorite is butter pecan. My kids love the Nutella. They've also got several classic fruit flavors made with fresh ingredients. And you can't go wrong with the maple bacon.

Come support this local business. It's a little pricier than donuts, but you get way more bang...
