First things first, the food here is amazing. But there seem to be some issues with their supply that need to be worked out.
We have been going since the beginning, literally. My husband was 6th in line on their first day open. We came at least once a week for a while. We slowed down a bit when we started noticing that it didnt matter if you were there as soon as they opened for the day or 2 hours in, they weren't going to have everything, or even close to everything available. Several times we have gone in with plans to get a dozen kolaches and a half dozen klobasniks and left with very little or nothing because they had an almost empty case and nothing even in the oven to wait on. Its disappointing to go in expecting to leave with something, even if it isn't your first choice (because I understand the process, I know the dough needs time to rise), and instead leaving empty handed.
I dont know how to fix the problem, but I cant keep convincing my 3 young children to have kolaches for breakfast and then not give them any of the flavors they are...
Read moreFriendly staff, good Kolaches, but, being a breakfast business, coffee needs more focus, as well as, coffee optionsâŠincluding cream, stevia and honey to address the many coffee enthusiasts out here. We go JUST for the coffee! Weâve been back a couple of times just to give this place a chance. The kolaches are definitely not the soft, airy ones like you get in westâŠthey are more dense and cake-like in texture. We repeatedly asked for cream and honey, but told cream is âexpensiveâ. I have priced the individual serving boxes of both half n half and the chemical substitute, Coffee Mate, and there is basically no difference. Not sure why a business would be so obstinate to a customerâs request. We canât be the only ones who have this preference. If you have a âbreakfastâ businessâŠWHY would you not only exclude good coffee and coffee add ins, but send your customers to another business to wait in another line for it?! Overall, they need better kolaches and some business /customer...

The food is of the highest quality and the prices are fair for food this good. I love the klobasniks, which donut shops call kolaches. The meat and bread are fresh and the buns are just slightly sticky and sweet, which balances the savory juiciness of the meat. The cream cheese jalapeno sausage is particularly good
The kolaches here are the sweet treats. Picture a square pastry that's sort of a cross between a biscuit and a tart. Soft, rich, and flavorful. My personal favorite is butter pecan. My kids love the Nutella. They've also got several classic fruit flavors made with fresh ingredients. And you can't go wrong with the maple bacon.
Come support this local business. It's a little pricier than donuts, but you get way more bang...
