I came by April 15th around 9:40pm and I needed a new headlight, I went to the front desk for assistance and well as I was asking the young lady about what i came in for asking what light it was and where to find it she looked up on the computer and told me the type of headlight and didnāt tell me the aisle like I was supposed to know where, i kindly asked where is the aisle she pointed to it and said over there, i was expecting for her to walk us there but she didnāt, as i walked there i looked back and she proceeded to go on her phone.I got the headlight paid and went to my car to put it in come to find out she sold us the wrong one (a signal light) I go back in and tell her it was the wrong light she said oh it wasnāt the signal light? of course it wasnāt if she actually looked at the type of light it was she could have looked it up on the computer correctly. I then asked her to look up the right light and when she did she then proceeded AGAIN to not show us where it was!! we proceeded to ask where is it she pointed and went back on her phone. We then finally found it and paid again and walked out, none of the employees said anything like a greeting or a goodbye have a good night. Every time I walk in, their genuine demeanor is clear. They are down-to-earth individuals who clearly take pride in their work, dedicating themselves to ensuring each customer is well taken care of. Their professionalism and attention to detail set a high standard for customer service.
Honestly, Pete and Brennen should be in top leadership roles within the company. Their exceptional service reflects well on Auto Zone, and itās something that corporate should take notice of. Iāve visited many locations, but Iāve never come across one as clean and organized as this one, thanks to their efforts.

We went to Autozone in Fate and sales associate Gage D. Helped us diagnose our problem. First trying battery check then check alternator and starter. Our battery was about 4 years original manufacturer and still going. We decided to try replacing the battery first because some of the diagnosis was voltage related. Gage noticed some corrosion so suggested the packet to help prevent corrosion some felt pads and goop stuff. Gage talked us through the whole process. He changed our battery clean the cables and checked to see if the car started and lighted errors went away suggesting to see our mechanic if errors come back.
