Went through the drive through, was the 4th car in line. When I pulled up to pay, they asked if I had a 16 oz some other drink that wasnât mine, I said no and said what I ordered, no big deal. The girl leaves and says that she needs to check on my drink and then comes back l, I pay and she tells me I need to pull forward and wait. I saw my drink waiting on the counter, so I asked for it because by now, itâs been about 15 minutes already. Another employee comes to the window and gives me my drink that had been sitting on the counter the entire time, and tells me sheâs going to go ahead and give me my drink and not worry about charging me. I had already paid! Apparently the previous girl at the counter charged me for a smaller drink than what I had ordered. I didnât even realize that she miss-charged me. This girl proceeds to explain how I messed up somehow and made the girl miss charge me even after I ordered my drink at the speaker properly. Like really? Youâre going to take up more of my time after making me wait 20 minutes for a cup of coffee to explain to me that itâs my fault that someone else made an honest mistake. And make me feel guilty for it? I finally had to tell her I had to go because I was already going to be late for work and her sitting there talking was not helping the situation at all.    Read moreIâve been wanting to try Bolder Coffee for so long and when I did this morning, I was incredibly disappointed. First I want to say how kind the staff was. There were two people working, which I thought was ridiculous considering it was Friday morning and they had several people in the drive through lane. The guy was incredibly nice, but he was working both the window and the front counter. The girl was making drinks and I didnât have any converse with her at all. I orders the Ethiopian coffee, because the guy said it was their lighter coffee, my husband got the Brazil and we shared a cinnamon role. My coffee was DISGUSTING. I didnât finish it because it was that bad. Weâre from Washington State.. so I know coffee pretty well. It left a horrible after taste in my mouth even after several hours after drinking it. The staff forgot about our cinnamon role. I waited 10 minutes for it and I eventually went up and asked for it. And he said he forgot about. Sydney, who was working the cash register answered our questions as if it were a burden and after we specifically ordered 2 muffins and had an entire conversation in front of her about splitting the two between my wife and I, she only charged us for 1. I donât ever pay much attention to how much people are charging me and honestly I didnât even know how much the muffins were so I would not have known they were under charging me. They brought out 1 muffin and when it took a while for the second one to come out we asked about it. BJ looked at us as if we were crazy and they stated they did not charge us for it and wanted me to step back to the register to pay for it.
