They definitely are not very nice to their callers. I called inquiring about a charge that was put on my account, and I was trying to be as polite as possible. I was transferred to someone else who did not pick up. So I left a message. Afterwards I got a call back, and the person who called me back started immediately shouting at me "THERE IS NO CHARGE ON YOUR ACCOUNT, THERE IS NOT CHARGE ON YOUR ACCOUNT, TRUST ME." It left me quite shell shocked, because I was never short with them whatsoever, and I was the one who kept getting hung up on. Every time I have called the staff has been nothing but rude. I am a student who is calling to seek help with my living situations but when I ask questions, the staff who is on the phone with me talks to me in a rude and condescending way. If you don't want to help college students and their families with the stressful transitions into moving in, then maybe do not work in a college campus housing office. I really hope they change their approach when helping students with their questions and concerns because we pay thousands and thousands of dollars to go...

My experience here has not been so great, they say they will call me back but never do. Would not recommend getting housing here, my dorm was told to be great, but in the end I found roaches even though I do not have food in my room because I eat out in the dining hall or 1021. They like to tell you false information to get you in the dorm and take your money like we are not students who have lots of stuff to pay for.
