Disabled veteran with service dog denied entry. On 06/29/20 I came in with my service dog. I am 100% disabled US Army Vet. I have seizure disorder. Dog is professionally trained, perfectly behaved and compliant with all laws. Dog warns me of approaching seizure so I can take emergency meds to prevent the seizure. Staff met me at door and said I cant bring the dog in. I explained about the seizures, even showed them the dog’s brightly labeled harness “service dog”, and her collar tag with emergency info on it, my emergency alert bracelet. Staff said that doesnt matter, the owners will not allow it. No owner or manager was present to speak with. Simply refused. I explained that its federal law, Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (2010 revisions) that I cannot be denied entry. Additional point, this dog was still and silent, as it should, totally compliant with law. They simply said “I’m sorry but you can’t come in with the dog”. I left my name and number and email with a request that owner/manager contact me. Still no contact yet. I have made a report with Region 6 of the National Center for the Rights of Americans with...
Read moreGREAT service and staff and this is the best authentic Mexican food I’ve had in Arkansas to date. I’ve been up here for almost two years and have tried most Mexican restaurants in NW Arkansas. We’ve been twice now and the staff has been friendly and cheerful each time. They work as a team and it’s obvious in the service. They’re on it. Best queso “cheese dip” I’ve had in a long time. I grew up in Texas and on TexMex and Mexican food my whole life. I eat more Mexican food than any other cuisine. I’ve been to Mexico numerous times and am actually going back this month. I KNOW the real deal and especially when it comes to “cheese dip” so the velveeta review down there pssshh, not accurate. In Texas we call it “queso”. Here they serve the northern Mexico style dip so it’s white not yellow and has a Mexican crème base with Monterey Jack as the main cheese. Don’t change it, guys, it’s perfect. The Chile rellenos taste like Oaxaca cheese inside if I’m not mistaken…I could be wrong but it’s yum. The fajitas are flavorful and tender. Will...
