Ordered food and put in the instructions "CONTACTLESS DELIVERY. CALL WHEN IN PARKING LOT" The delivery person continued to ring my doorbell for a signature even after I said to him several times "It is supposed to be a contactless delivery". Don't even feel good eating the food. It isn't sealed like other restaurants do. I called the restaurant. Lady on the phone said the delivery person was the owner and didn't understand. She relayed message to owner who apologized. Then lady said they don't do Contactless delivery. Really?! Approximately 10+months into a COVID virus and your business doesn't offer contactless delivery or seal the food bags? First and LAST TIME ordering there.

Tonight my $29.35 food purchase was sweet & sour chicken, sesame chicken (no seeds) with fries and wings & fries. I was very disappointed because there was no sweet & sour sauce on or with my chicken, the rice and vegetables were undercooked and hard. I called at 11:01 pm to let them know that I had no sauce for my sweet & sour chicken dish. I didn't even bother to complain about the rice, just needed the sauce I paid for. So they closed at 11, understood. But the only response I got from the guy who answered the phone was "ok, thank you for letting me know ". No offer to make it right tomorrow or anything. Hell, I'm not looking for money, just replace my meal. Not the whole thing, just the sweet & sour chicken and rice. I will call tomorrow to see if they will make it right. If not, they will lose me as a customer.

I ordered my food at 9 pm and is 10:37 pm today is 11/10/2020. No was has called me or contacted me about my food but I got charged. I want my money back and I will contact my bank to get it back if I should not receive it from you. I will not order from you again . Taking ppl money but don't deliver their food. SMH

I ordered food 1 1/2 hours ago. Still havent recieved my food. I was never contacted, and when you try to call them it rings a few times then hangs up. Good thing i didnt pay in advance. Horrible, i wish i did my research beforehand seems they do this frequently. How there still in business i dont know.

The driver was still in his car when he called and I took 2 mins to walk over to the entrance of my building. When I got there I saw him trying to sell it to another person. Thankfully I payed ahead and he had enough moral fortitude to not give it away to someone else. I gave him a good tip, but tbh I shouldn't have given that rat anything.

China Wok congratulations you've done it, you've won...The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in Fayetteville. I left BAFFLED with how they treat their customers. I've had better experiences at the DMV!!

I went in with my girlfriend and it wasn't until we sat down with our food that we noticed it was really hot inside and there was no AC. I felt sweat drip down my leg. We decided to leave without even taking a bite of our food because it was too hot inside to sit there and enjoy our dinner. We told the guy up front it was too hot and that we couldn't eat there. He paused, tells us it'll be $2 for the food costs 2 DOLLARS!! For what?! Pretty sure you made that charge up on the spot. We didn't even touch our food!! He stood there and fought with us over $2. As PETTY and STINGY as you can get. He also tells us nobody else has complained about the heat. There was also only 2 other people inside. Maybe if you had apologized we would've came back, but instead you were rude and charged us $2 for the bad experience. I'll never come here again and I'll save people the trouble when they ask where to get Chinese food in Fayetteville. Mind you, this whole interaction was less than 8 minutes. This has to be a record. I am disgusted with the LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I received. The funny part was I would've came back if they apologized and let us leave without any trouble. Instead they were rude and decided $2 was more important than our continued business. China Wok, I hope the $2...

We’ve been here twice and ordered from here once. We like it so much we even have a menu on our fridge to peruse. However, I have a couple notes.

• The chicken fried rice is not great. The chicken is boiled, unseasoned, shredded, and not fried with the rice. It looks very jarring and isn’t appealing.

• The pork fried rice is the absolute best.

• They were super nice about me switching out the chicken fried rice for pork.

• The cheese dumplings are very sweet and have cream cheese but are honestly nothing like a cream cheese Rangoon in terms of texture. It’s deep fried like a donut.

• The wonton soup is to die for. I love it and even my 10 month old infant loved the broth.

• They served bottled sodas. This is not a detriment, just a heads up.

• Its usually empty in there. Every time we go, we’re the only ones in there actually dining in.

• Even with delivery, the food is hot.

• Its pretty cheap. $34 for me and my husband for two drinks, the small cheese dumplings, chow mein, and small pork fried rice, large wonton soup, and fried dumplings.

• They’ve got construction going on in there. I’m not sure if they’re trying to reinstate the buffet or what but they’ve got stuff laying around everywhere. Not in a way that you’ll risk getting hurt, but they do have...
