Went here with my friend and we both got acrylic sets and pedicures done in gel polish. Although the nail technician was very friendly, I would not say her skills are on par with other shops around at a much cheaper rate. Both of our sets were lumpy, not filled to the cuticle line and were missing spots of polymer on multiple nails. Initially I was extremely pleased when I noticed she was accounting for my crooked middle fingers when applying the nail tips but that soon went away as she started applying the acrylic. Gel polish application was also a bit sloppy as some of it was applied and cured to my naked acrylic lacking nail bed. Shape of the nails were also wonky, I asked for almond shape instead I got short fat pistachios. As for our pedicures my friend and I had 2 different people while my friends technician was great, polish application was not the greatest. My technician on the other hand seemed as tho he didn’t like feet or perhaps it was just my feet he didn’t like. My pedicure looks like I did it in the dark and my husband makes fun of me for it. Might I add it’s only been a few days and my set is already lifting like a guy on roids in planet fitness on a Saturday night. Overall we each spent well over 120 dollars to get our feelings hurt.
Oh and they had roaches crawling on us and tried to hide them.
So ultimately we’re hurt and traumatized.

Read moreBeen going to this place for years. They do a great job and try to accommodate all their customers even when it's busy. The quality of their work is great. Michelle works hard to make sure all her customers leave satisfied. If you have any problems she will try to fix it in the most fair manner. Her prices are reasonable and I drive from Raleigh to get my nails done by her. I saw a few people complain about pricing. Which I believe is a bunch of s*. A decent manicure with gel in the Raleigh-Durham area can cost $65+! I've been living in Raleigh for almost two years and only found one salon that does nails as good as Michelle and they charge 3x more than her. If paying $25-45 is too much, 1. Why didnt you ask how much before getting your nails done. 2. Running a small business is hard work, running a nail salon is hard. Yes, the shop can get busy at times but that's any good nail shop. I will continue to go her as long as I live in a reasonable distance. Michelle goes out of her way to make sure I'm satisfied. She makes sure my nails are healthy which is hard to do since I'm undergoing cancer treatments and makes sure I come during times I won't have to wait long. I guarantee if you treat the people at this establishment with respect. You will be surprised how far they will go to...
Read moreAbsolutely hands down the BEST service around!! Called at 630 on a Saturday for me and 3 nine year old girls to get a pedicure after being turned away from another business because they were to busy to fit us in. Said come right on! Got there around 710 & they close at 730 & didn't care at all we would be making them stay past closing time. We did the jelly spa & hot stones package &; l received gel nails. They treated us with drinks & candy!! All tools were in sanitation packages brand new for each client. They used a beautiful leaf platter with the matching leaf cups filled with the products. They had a massage chair on your back that added for a more restful experience. They upgraded us all to hot stones for free. Took their time to provide a professional and personal experience. Very good service menu to look at on arrival with details. Affordable prices for services. Gave my daughter free nail design & a bottle of lotion! They checked every box and more for a nail salon. I've been in so many salons & nail studios & worked in the beauty industry as a cosmetologist so I have seen a vast array of different qualities of establishments &; in 32 years I've never been more impressed! I will only go...
