OK so I just placed and received an order from Dominos(order # 801130 from 596 N Reilly Rd # 3 Fayetteville NC). The order was placed at 1917 and had an estimated delivery time of 40 to 50 minutes (yeah right lol). We ordered 3 bread bowl pasta bowls, cheesy bread, and a large thin crust pizza. The order did not arrive until 2025 making it 20+ minutes late. The driver right out of the gate says the pasta boxes crushed the pizza box, meaning he knew this was an issue and still delivered it. Ok cool well check it out but food yay. He leaves and I open the pizza box after seeing it was super crushed. Yeah pizza sticking to the roof of the box, worse is its not like cheese stuck like it was fresh and then crushed. More like he literally had so much weight on the pizza it pressured the pizza which was already cold into the box lid. The pizza was toast and it was cold and even when heated it tasted horrible. Then the pasta bowls and cheese sticks get opened up. The driver was in such a hurry the pasta came out of the bowl and stuck to the side of the box from the force of his driving. They were also crushed making this an even more awesome failure because he still managed to get the pasta slung out of the bowl with it being crushed into the bowl by the box lid. Mind you the weight needed to crush a pasta bowl box like that (pizza boxes are large and easy to crush not so much with a pasta bowl box). Then I look at my wife's pasta bowl and it's barely a pasta, 5 maybe 6 noodles, a ton of sauce and 1 or 2 leaves of spinach and 3 or 4 pieces of chicken. Definitely no Feta as ordered and definitely not proportion controlled measurements(yeah I know what those are I have worked in the industry before). Then I look at our cheesy bread and it's a master piece of screw up. Burned heavily, barely any cheese on top, and somehow during being made a couple of old olives from the prep surface got attached and super baked with the cheesy bread. That only happens if you don't keep your prep surfaces clean like health code requires. So now our order is late, our food is inedible, and my wife should be in bed already since that 0550 report time comes quick. I call to talk to a a manager and I get put on hold. Then finally get a manager who seems to busy to talk to me, a customer who just completed a 50 dollar plus order. I start to explain my issue and he cuts me off and says sir I don't have time for this I am busy what's wrong? I laid into him at that point and explained everything. I requested a refund for my entire order and he stated he voided my order. I then asked what he would do to fix the problem he had. He played stupid and tried to get me off the phone by saying that in the future that person would not be making my order(that person shouldn't be making anyones order). When I pushed saying that doesn't fix the problem he finally said if my csr needs retraining then I'll retrain them. Beyond unacceptable handling of an issue and the food should have never left the store. They have a quality control step for this exact reason, why did this food make it out past that? I want to speak to the stores general manager, district manager and region manager ASAP. I have worked for both of your competitors when I was younger becoming a manger at one before moving onto my careers. This is unacceptable to be served to anyone and especially our countries armed forces and family. The food delivered to me wouldn't even pass health code standards for safe food. If you cannot find a manager willing to take the time to work hard and solve this stores issues then let me know. I volunteer to be hired and will gladly manage this location to fix this issue and stop inedible food like this from being served to people till its fixed for good. I have both pictures of the food and call audio recorded on my phone of my conversation with the manger if needed for corrections at this location. I will also be notifying AAFES and the base health staff if I am not contacted quickly to ensure this issue...

Called customer care and they fixed it with replacing my order since the store stated that they didnāt believe me. Then I ordered again on 6/3/18 and they messed up on the pizza order and forgot one of my sauces. I called to let them know they forgot my sauce and whichever would be easier for them to either have the driver come back out to deliver that sauce or to credit my account. So the employee said ā It would be a waste of time for the driver to come back out so weāll just credit your account.ā Excuse me?! After when he said that I was trying to hold my tongue. what type of business allows their employees to say that to their customers?! Talk about a lack of customer service. Anyways, later that night I went to eat the pizza and it was the wrong topping. Now Iām not that picky but when Iām paying for certain toppings I expect them to be on there. Called the store on 6/4/18 @ 4:25PM to inform them about the order. Spoke with Nate and again I asked them (I swear Iām too nice) whichever would be easier for them to replace. Ie: money back, replace pizza order or credit. Manager said that weāll credit your account. $25. I asked Nate 3 times that all I would have to do is call in and I could redeem my $25? He said yes, the 2nd time I asked he said ok, OK? It was a yes or no question. I even said Iām asking you a question. Omg, I robot would answer my question correctly the first time. So I go to place my order an hour later and I asked him how much credit I have left... he said I only have a $2.00 credit!! What?! Excuse me?! So then I tell him about how the manager told me that I would have a credit on my account. He said that I would first have to use the $2.00 credit and then 24-48 hours later the $25 credit would be applied. If I knew that I wouldāve just had the driver come back out to my house to, yes deliver that cup. He proceeded to argue with me over the phone and I knew at this point nothing was going to be solved. So I threatened to call corporate and report them, the employee said, ā Ok, call them!ā And hung up the phone. Dominos, what and who are you allowing to represent your name through these disrespectful employees that are answering the phone. Iāve been in customer care myself, listen if you canāt handle an upset customer then get your manager/Supervisor to take the call. I know not everyone was trained to handle an upset customer. But dang, at least have some empathy. No empathy. So I submitted my complaint through customer care and waiting for a response. I know it wonāt be long. After this Iām definitely boycotting Dominos....

Solely because he assumed my son was home alone. Until I called out No!!! My daughter said he still shoved a dollar in his pocket. Because we were a dollar 84 short. Oh wait there is more he tells us oh no drinks we are out of them š¤·š¾āāļøthen leaves. I paid for them though. When I attempted to call this store three times the automated message said it was closed. Finally when I get thru, understandably upset I was met with match anger and a hang up. So I send my other half in who had just worked 12 hours to rectify the issue because the so called manager refused to. This was awful awful customer service. Nikolas is a theif. Needs to be fired and the manager needs to be retrained and demoted. They also don't desrrde a star at all but I had to say this so here I am. Eff this establishment. All of them because the one on Raeford was rude as well when I was trying to get understanding as to if there was a corporate number to contact. Never again I'll stick with Pizza hut or...
