Disrespectful customer service!!!!!! My husband and I ordered online. We went to pick it up and I ran in with my husband debit card. When I approached the counter the lady, who looked to be in her 40's, first off didn't have a present greeting. This isn't our first time at this location so I shrugged it off. I told her our name and she repeated my order, I agreed and waited for the total on the screen to swipe the card. We stood in silence for 3 seconds before she said she needed to see the card. I handed it to her and she asked "Who's card is this?" with the most discussed look on her face. I replied telling her " It is my husband's card" I told her my name and the name on the card, she then asked "where is he?" I said "in the car, we have been here before." She got super rude at this point and said "well I need to see an ID with the card." I was shocked cause literally I have ran in before swiped his card, never had to show ID and got my order. I even said "um well we were here not to long ago and even before that I've always been able to swipe his card " she spoke with a disrespectful tone and said "well I'll have to talk to the mangers then cause it's always been like that!" I was more concerned about the fact of the consistency of how the policies are then. Everytime I have gone in the past, busy or not, I have never been asked those questions. It didn't bother me to show an ID or even run out to the car to get my husband but the fact that she was so rude about it and even degrading towards me is what really made me mad. Then to find out that when we got our our pizza wasn't cut and the poppable crust we got was smashed. Our wings weren't seasoned all the way. We paid 40 bucks for someone to belittle me and have low quality food. I only give it two stars cause at lease it tasted good. Might be awhile before we come back to this location. Read moreDid a internet order on 9/6/2024 pulled into pick up line wrapped around building no one on window. Wait 20 minutes go inside. Bunch of grub hub and Uber eats people inside. Ask about order which it said was ready 40 minutes ago kid barely spoke English, asked another employee after about 5 more minutes he acted like he didn't hear me. Call out to manager him and delivery drivers too busy giving Uber eats drivers their orders to pay attention to actual costumer after waiting a hour and 10 minutes I called manager to give me a dayum refund he says "your order is actually next to go in the oven" I been waiting a hour and 10 minutes AFTER website tracker says order is ready give me my refund! Manager makes some excuse about it's just him and 2 other guys(not mentioning his 2 delivery drivers). Read moreWe ordered a large hamburger and onion pizza and the middle of the pizza, maybe a little rounder than a coffee cup there wasn't any chesse. Also the outside edge of the onions were black and the hamburger meat was real dried out and hard. The whole pizza looked dry like it had sit out for hours. I tried to eat a slice but i threw it all away. I was really disappointed in getting a pizza like that, you would think they would take better pride in the making of their food. I was assistant manager of a pizza hut for 10 years and I never would have allowed a pizza to leave the restaurant looking like that, as a matter of fact I never saw the employee's make a pizza that looked that bad. Yall are definitely going to be losing business if something isn't changed there because of all of the complaints.
