Edit: Kudos to your professional reply; I believe that you believe what you say. I believe statistics, drug metabolic pathways, and common sense over your profit-driven anecdotes. However, states are already moving to ban this substance. Just because something is used widespread does not make it safe (opiod epidemic). It makes you feel good so you hate to believe the damage it can do to communities. Your prescription example was poor as you are comparing your readily availabile "over the counter" opiods with medications that face rampant clinical testing, doctor supervision and control, and the ability to regulate prescriptions. Children and parents are becoming addicted to the opiods you sell. I understand this can be difficult to acknowledge because no one likes to admit that their lifestyle and way of making money hurts people and is horribly misinformed. However, instead of being greeted with open arms, it feels as if the host of this gathering is peering over the couch, frowning at the guests for not guzzling their drinks fast enough. While the regulars bring life to the party and attract new faces, the owner seems more concerned about the clock than the camaraderie. It’s as if the host has forgotten that the essence of a relaxed gathering is to savor the moment, not rush through it. When our group, new to the gathering but eager to enjoy the space, is singled out for not following these unspoken rules, it feels like being scolded at a family reunion for not finishing dessert quickly enough. I've been a customer of the Wana Navu Kava Bar for a while now and I appreciate the service they provide here in Fayetteville. I saw a review recently that really bothered me and felt I needed to share my experience here because that post isn't an accurate description of what goes on at Wana.

The owners are very hands on and Chloe specifically is extremely kindhearted and welcoming. Chloe is always talking to customers and creating events for us.

This customer that complained was a part of a big group of problem customers and Casey and Chloe spoke to them but they didn't listen. Chloe and Casey want to keep Wana clear of issues and I think that they do a great job. I'm glad they stopped the bs from happening.
