Coffee Complaint
Subject: Complaint about Coffee Quality at Dunkin' Donuts Location at 129 Glynn St, Fayetteville,
Dear Dunkin' Donuts Corporate Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had at one of your locations. On04/15/2023 I visited the Dunkin' Donuts store located at 129 Glynn St, Fayetteville, GA, and purchased a cup of coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee had a chemical taste to it, which was highly unpleasant.
What was more concerning was the lack of accountability and transparency from the teenage employees when I inquired about who had made the coffee. I asked multiple employees, but none of them would admit to making it, leaving me with no answers or resolution to the issue.
As a loyal customer of Dunkin' Donuts, I was disappointed by this experience. As a regular customer, I have always enjoyed the quality of your coffee, but this recent incident was disappointing and concerning. The lack of transparency and accountability among the employees is not up to the standards that I expect from Dunkin' Donuts.
I am reaching out to you, the corporate team, to address this issue and ensure that the quality of coffee and customer service at your locations are maintained at a high standard. I urge you to investigate this incident at the Dunkin' Donuts location at 129 Glynn St, Fayetteville, GA, and take appropriate action to rectify the situation.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing back from you with a resolution. Thank you for your prompt action

Read moreMy mother and I went about morning time. We ordered two sandwiches, two donuts, a coffee, and a latte. When we pull up to the window, the cashier takes the card and tries to hand my mom two sandwich boxes on top of each other not in a bag. As my mom tries to grab them. The sandwiches are dropped on the ground. Immediately the young cashier begins blaming my mom for dropping them so he doesn't get in trouble. I ask why they weren't in a bag, because the sandwiches were hot. I'm ignored, and we can hear him trying to tell the manager we dropped the food, which we didn't. It hadn't even left dudes hands yet. Eventually, we are asked to pull forward.
And I kid you not, the manager comes out and attempts to say it was our fault, and tries to get us to repay for the sandwiches. Oh and the lack of bag thing, yea, he wants to say they NEVER PUT SANDWICHES INTO BAGS. This obviously is a blatant lie, because neither me nor my mother have every gone to a Dunkin Donuts or anywhere else that just hands you loose food. After arguing with us for several minutes, I had to threaten to call corporate for him to just, "make this right." No accountability, no apology, just craziness.
Go to the Dunkin on Tara Blvd in Jonesboro. They will (and I have recently gone to check) but your food (all of it, including...
Read moreI would give a 1 star but Ms. B is awesome!! I've been patronizing this establishment at least 3-4 times weekly, for over a year. As of lately, I'm VERY disappointed with their service. I've only frequented this location because of Ms. B. She's always very personable, efficient, and willing to correct any issues with my order. On Friday, whomever the manager is, was totally out of line!! She's made sly remarks previously (and I've never addressed it, as I should have) about how I like my food done, that I’m PAYING for. Today was the ultimate disrespect!! I ordered my USUAL order, which she initially burned, and when she remade it my hash browns were still burned. I asked why is it only 1 or 2 people can make my food the was it should be made and she had the audacity to tell me she didn't make my food to my liking (I'm very particular and picky about my food as they ALL know) because she had to cook food for her drive thru customers, as if I am not a PAYING customer and haven't spent as much money as I have/do, as is!! I guess her drive thru clients are more important. Not only did she disregard my complaint but continued on as if my food was done properly. Going forward if ever I do revisit, I will only patronize this location if she is not present. Horrible managerial skills are an...
