Since this is a drive thru only store, the staff member’s should not be advertising anything that is pertaining to Advertisements at this location. I’ve been coming to this location everyday for the past week and I was told today that since I brought the Refill cups ( I have two of them) that I can not refill both cups. Even though that’s how I brought the cups through the Refill Advertisement on their menu. As I’m speaking to one of the guy employees, he’s explaining to me that it would take him two transactions just to ring up my two Ice Coffees. (Remind You- This is a drive thru only store) I did explain to him that I have been coming there all week and that today was the first time that they enforced this new rule. In the middle of him talking. A lady grabs his head phone set and starts yelling saying that… it would take them two transactions for the two refill cups that there are advertising on their menu…in order for me to pay for my order. At this point advertisement should not be granted at this location because I can tell that management try’s to enforce and micromanage the staff to limit advertisements as possible. Read moreAt this point shut down the location. The worst customer service for Dunkin. Customer service was great when they had dude with the locks. Today went in for my usual drink of 30yrs, so I am fully aware of how its made. 1st of, we were greeted with an attitude, 2nd when my drink was handed to me I said, "Thank you", the little girl said, "aha". 3rd when I let them know my drink was made incorrectly, the other little girl (white girl) began talking to me as if I was a child. Very condescending, sarcastic, tone. Of course I called her out cause her n her manager looked at each and laughed at me as if I was an idiot when in fact, im a paying customer that was nothing but polite to these people that apparently hate their jobs. The manager had nothing to say but stand their while the little white girl tried to gaslight as if she wasn't talking to me as if I was an idiot. At this point, I no longer care to give my money to this location. Revolving door of employees, the kind ones leave and the rotten apples get hired n stay. As for the Atmosphere, it's almost as if they don't want your buisness. They get upset when you place an order. Food, service, and drinks are horrible!!!! Avoid this place...
Read moreLooks like the service hasn't been great since the guy with the locks left. I would grab a latte every morning and he was so pleasant. For the past few month the service has gone down the toilet. You'll wait at the drive through for 10mins before they'll acknowledge you are there. I was once the only car and no one every came to the speaker, when I drove off, the employee was outside taking to someone in a Mini Van. Not once have I gotten through that drive thru without, at the least, a 15min wait. On another occasion I had ordered a sweet tea like normal, the sweet tea was horrible, I asked them to swap it out for unsweet and it taste the exact same! I just asked for my money back and the young guy says, I tried it and it taste like the sweet tea, from the gallon, at the store... instead of trying to give me the money back. The tea tasted as if a chemical was mixed in! There has also been once or twice that the tea has been spoiled but that taste was something completely different. Then it took another 10mins for the supervisor to get it refunded, so she place it on a gift card. I headed to the one on SKIBO to find out there was nothing on the card. Just shut it down...
