I’ve frequent this place many times but I must say the last 3 visits have been terrible with customer service. I’ve placed orders and upon arriving home discovered missing items such as missing tortilla shells and under cooked shrimp. When I reached out to the owner, he told me I would receive %50 off on my next visit of the same order. I returned a week later and asked for the owner explaining who I was and he changed his offer to 20%off. That’s terrible customer service because he told me one thing over the phone and when I returned it was a different story. On another occasion7/29/2020 I visited and the server was not attentive at all we ordered lemonade and was given sweet tea and ordered fajitas but was missing beans and tortilla’s. I also ordered a Margarita on this visit and upon checking out told the waiter to put the alcoholic beverage on one ticket and everything else on another. He then put everything on one card and management had to straighten everything out. Despite everything we went through I left a $2 tip on the table even though his service was terrible. I got home later that night and discovered the waiter took an additional $5 off my card for a tip which is stealing. I contacted management again spoke to Guillermo and was told when I come back in I would receive my $5 back. So today 9/11/2020, I decided to give El Reposo one more try. I ordered lunch and spoke to Guillermo about the situation that took place on 7/29/2020. He looked at and said that was a long time ago, took my payment and walked away. I thought for sure he would honor what he said and give me my money back or discount my food for the $5 but he didn’t. He returned my debit card and slip for me to sign and walked away again. I won’t be returning to this establishment and advise you to take classes on good customer service and management should...
Read moreI noticed this place as I was just curious driving through the shopping center to see what they all had. Came in today with my family and I have to say…it was really quaint. Nice little restaurant, small Bar and patio but super cozy. The weather was nice and no one was on the patio so my family and I decided to take the patio. They were a bit slow (5-7 minutes) to come to my table for a drink order and to bring menus but our server “Shirley” was absolutely wonderful.
We also noticed they must not have someone to bus and help clean because even though the patio was empty when we arrived their was a former patrons table that had dirty plates and food still sitting on a table that didn’t get cleaned. We also noticed when we sat down the floor had not been swept up because their was several pieces of paper from the napkins and straws on the floor.
I order the pork tacos and the pork was under seasoned and a bit dry which tells me it wasn’t made soon. Seemed to be pulled pork that was made days ago. But the onions, sauce and cillantro were great!
My husband and girls ordered the Texas fajitas for two and let me tell ya….the shrimp were amazing, peppers and onions were good and the meat was ok (i.e. chicken and steak). I was hoping for the meat to be a little more seasoned or cooked with some butter. Anywhoo….Chips were wonderful. Queso is a must! So good. And I had the strawberry 🍓 Margarita with a sugar rim. Was hoping for more of the rock sugar but the fine white sugar did fine too.

Read moreSuper bland food. I placed a to go order that included tamales, when I got there, they read off my order to me & did not mention tamales, so I say, I also had an order of tamales, to which the server replied, we are out of tamales. So no one was going to tell me that the majority portion of my dinner was unavailable? I enter my phone # & email address on the carry-out order form for a reason. I'd rather not give it out if you have no intention of ever using it. So anyhow, I had to order more food & stand there waiting for it amongst 150 people, none of which were wearing a mask, including the entire staff (it was raining so waiting outside was not really an option). Then this place started blaring (I am not using that word lightly) country music... so ironic. Also, I asked for a chicken enchilada, she repeated, beef enchilada, & I said no, chicken enchilada, & she said ok, chicken enchilada, & I said, yep. So guess what kind of enchilada I ended up getting...? Yep. Beef! Also ordered flautas & they were burnt to an oily crisp with chicken jerky in the inside. I am not exaggerating. Read my other reviews. I have never written a bad 1. This was...
