Fuel Coffee Bar-Fayetteville — Restaurant in Fayetteville

After moving from another state and searching high and low at every coffee shop in the area, I finally decided I had to recreate my favorite drink from my go-to coffee shop back home.

I spent a lot of time (and money!) tweaking Starbucks’ white mocha, but it just never hit the mark. I couldn’t find that simple, good taste I was looking for.

The first time I saw Fuel, I noticed it was inside a hospital and decided not to go in. A week later, out of frustration, I thought, “You know what? I’m going to give it a try.” I’m so glad I did—it was well worth it.

The drink was exactly what I’d been searching for: simple, straightforward ingredients that taste good without needing fancy syrups or gimmicks. Just good coffee, done right. The cinnamon roll was delicious, the muffin was great, and the owner happened to be there—bringing wonderful energy to the space.

My only humble request? Please open another location! I’m also curious why you chose to be inside a hospital—I’m sure there’s an interesting story...

It was an absolutely amazing experience! I was feeling down about my mother having a stroke and when I came to purchase two cheese danish’s, I met a man by the name of Carlos whom greeted me with a warm welcome and a smile. I asked to purchase two cheese danish’s but when it was time to purchase I was $1 short. I told him I would be right back because I had left my money in the hospital room my mother was in. Not only did Mr. Carlos offer to pay the $1 but he was happy to do so. This is the highlight of my day and I would recommend this establishment...

My husband and I were traveling through Fayetteville and punched in coffee shops on our maps. Fuel Coffee Bar popped up, so we thought we would give it a try. Much tonour surprise, the directions took us to Piedmont Fayette Hospital. What the heck! Let's go in and try it. Never been to a hospital just to get coffee.

I got an iced oatmilk mocha latte. Delish! The coffee was nice and smooth and didn't have the burnt taste of "some" coffee shops. The gals working at Fuel were so incredibly friendly. I'm predicting lots of trips to the hospital for...
