Made in-app orders both at Hudson Plaza in Fayetteville and Fairburn and have always had a good experience. Very friendly staff and always have my order exactly as I want it. Firehouse is always my “go to” sub choice.

UPDATE: Visited Firehouse Subs at Hudson Plaza in Fayetteville on 12/23 and the owner/manager actually thanked me by name for my previous review! What a nice surprise! She recognized my name from the current order and went out of her way to say how much she appreciated it. That day, I ordered the French dip for the first time and was completely satisfied. As usual, the ingredients were top-notch, fresh and full flavor.( the Au jou (dipping sauce) was also very good.). I recently visited Firehouse Subs and was absolutely blown away by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel welcome. The atmosphere was inviting, clean, and perfectly themed to match their firefighter-inspired decor.

The menu offers a fantastic variety of subs, all made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. I opted for the Hook & Ladder sub, and it was phenomenal. The combination of smoked turkey breast, Virginia honey ham, and melted Monterey Jack cheese, topped with fresh vegetables and their signature Captain Sorensen's Datil Pepper Hot Sauce, was a taste sensation. Each bite was packed with flavor, and the bread was perfectly toasted and soft.

I was so disappointed with my visit on Aug. 4th. They were having their donate a case of water and get a free sub promo. I went in around 2pm with my father in-law with 3 cases of water. We asked if we could get 3 subs. They said: no you have to be here in person to receive one. My father in-law said his son is disabled and can't get out that much, and we'd like to take one back to him. They still said no. I said that was fine. I told them I might bring him back later tonight. So later on around 8pm, I brought my husband back. We brought in 2 cases of water. We placed our order, and the cashier told us it would be $7 and some change. We asked why we didn't get 2 free subs. The cashier said to me "you were here earlier, right?" And I said "yeah". Then the cashier tells my husband "my manager told me you could have one, but not her" (and pointed to me). The cashier did not go back and ask her manager if we could get 2 subs, she was told this before we even got there. I was never so insulted and humiliated in a restaurant in all my life.
