I hadn't been here in years but my daughter wanted a California roll. Ordering was quick but when I asked if they also had a spicy California roll he made me sound like I was crazy. I didn't say it because I was in a bit of a hurry but wanted to tell him that other places do have them. That's not my issu . My issue is when I go to pick it u . They have it set up not to come inside, you ring a bell instead. Well, ringing a bell must set him off because he was not friendly the whole time . Ordered sushi via doordash and unfortunately it was spoiled. During my first bite of the spicy tuna roll (ive had it before and it was fine) the flavor was off. It was a sweet rancid taste and appeared slimy. Then I decided to scoop some of the tuna out on my chopstick and smell it….it smelled like chemicals so i was certain it was spoiled. I called the restaurant to give them a heads up due to the risk of food borne illness suggesting to toss it out. The woman was very understanding. Unfortunately i tried my miso soup and it didn’t taste like miso it was off too..it looked like miso though it had its grainy milky look which is normal. I was convinced that it was possibly the tofu that was causing the off putting flavor and it was. I took a bite of the tofu and it was sour. Unfortunately i tossed my lunch out. Overpriced, Chinese food all made from the fryer now! This used to be my favorite Chinese joint, I’ve been eating here since I was a kid and throughout the years, the quality has gone down since they moved. Finally this order is the last straw.

My bae ordered the honey chicken and lo mein. I ordered the general tso shrimp, it was just a soggy mess, historically, they never breaded the general tso chicken, I assumed the same with the shrimp. Now I’m sure they bread both to mask the stale meat. The honey chicken was definitely older pieces of refried chicken, it was very unacceptable.

Then lastly I called the store, and let the lady know that I was not happy. I was not offered a refund, I’m surely not going to ask. Because I’m not going there anymore, it’s sad how the times...
