Only been a handful of time but they always are OUT of something or they say their CLOSED an hour before it's closing time.
They also are terribly cheap with the toppings.
I got a hot fudge sundae one time and they put a tiny drizzle of hot fudge on it (it was an thin as a pencil line). When I saw it, I actually didn't see the hot fudge on it so I told the lady it was supposed to be hot fudge. She turned the cup around and showed me that tiny line of fudge and I said "that's it" and she said "there's hot fudge on there, do you want extra?" I just drove off lol.
Also another time they said that they were CLOSED and it was an hour prior to closing time. They had about 10 cars wait for forever each time and was slowly telling us each that they're CLOSED which was awful waiting forever for that. I actually need to tell corporate about that. Also, when I got to the window and waited my 5-10 minutes for them to answer, I asked the girl why they were closing an hour early and she said "well we need time to clean up". How dirty is it there, news station??? They could have told us immediately. There must be an intercom requirement of some conversations they need to have per night or something. That was ridiculous!!!
Lastly, recently I recorded them saying 20 minutes before closing time that their kitchen was closed for the night. I asked if I could get a sundae and I could but the word thing was, a boy was leaning at the window blocking it when I arrived. I looked at him, he looked at me then I looked away. It like barely wanted to open the window to give me a total. When I thought my funds l sundae was ready, I opened my window asked to see it. They must have learned from the other time I drove off because there was a better amount of fudge on it. Still not the best but...
Read more1/7/23 @ 7:06:56 pm. From the young man who took my friend thru order to the cashier at the window, service here is horrible. I gave my order to the speaker, then hear him asking someone in the background, What did she say?". I repeated and drove around to the window. Another car was at the window, where the customer was speaking to Ava. Ava snatched the credit card from the woman ahead of me, causing the customer to get Ava's attention and snatch the card back and pull off without her order. Now, I approach the window and pay normally. Ava gives back my card closes the window and turns to do something the at the front counter. She returned and stood with her back facing the window. At this time, I honk to get Ava' s attention and let her know I have not received the mini blizzard I ordered. She proceeds to tell me it's coming up. Stands there a fee mote seconds, just to go into the fridge and gives me a blizzard that is melted. I asked to speak with someone and while talking to the other young lady who has a lip ring, Ava is trying to talk over me the whole time. There is NO Manager on site to oversee business as I asked at the window. Also I called to request a manager in the event of a different response and no manager. Horrible service, rude child who needs to be fired,...
Read moreAllow me to first say that as a customer, it is appreciated that precautions are attempted during this COVID-19 era. The problem is management has either decided or ignoring one major factor when it comes to sanitation is that employees are both not changing gloves frequently and are handling both money, cards, and food. During a recent visit I witness a young lady take my card and completed the transaction, while trying to talk she pulled her mask away from her lips (not uncovering her face) to do so but it was done repeatedly that it was clear the gloves were not changed and dirty as she left stains in the area she kept grabbing to pull the mask away, then handed me my blizzard. It is a suggestion to look into better precautions such as providing sanitizer, frequently washing hands properly if possible, or having one person to handle transactions and the other handle food product only to avoid potentially...
