Hardee’s — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Would have given NO stars. We were in a UHaul and couldn’t go through the drive thru. We tried to go in BUT the dining room is still closed. Either they didn’t have enough employees (likely because they close at 2pm now) OR they didn’t get the memo that the PANDEMIC IS OVER! ONLY restaurant that I have encounter thus far that is STILL not allowing customers into the dining room. Employee met us at the door, we told him we were in a UHaul and needed to eat inside. He asked the manager and came out with a pad of paper and pen to take our order. We said, “Nope!” They missed out on about a $40-$50 order. Seems like they need all the money they can get and can’t afford to be losing customers. I HOPE corporate sees this and changes that dining room policy and hours otherwise I don’t feel like they’ll stay open too much longer. WOW! What a major improvement over the last few weeks! I have to believe all the negative comments is what has driven Hardees to totally redeem themselves. I posted a few negative comments because quite frankly, the business was going down the tubes. That has all changed dramatically! Been stopping in about every-other-day for breakfast here lately. In the past, that was at least a 15 min stop and the food was sub-par. Not any more. The last 5 visits for breakfast I was through the drive thru in less than 2 minutes. That's incredible and the food is also fresh and by far the best breakfast around. Gone are the days of day old biscuits and waiting in line for what seems like hours. THANK YOU MANAGEMENT!!!! Extremely slow. We waited several minutes to order even though we were the only customers in the building. There was one person working both drive thru and the counter. Two guys came past the counter and one took our order (informing us there were no curly fries) and then promptly went just outside the door to smoke for the next 15 minutes while we waited on our order. When he brought us our food he informed us that there was a cook training who has messed up several orders and to let him know if ours was wrong. Our order was wrong but, frankly, I did not trust what would be brought next so we just ate what was brought. The workers were super nice and polite and completely inadequate at their jobs.
