Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Fayetteville

It was late-night, Friday, January 12, to be exact and I wanted something to eat after driving eleven hours from Euclid, Ohio. The drive normally takes only nine. Nevertheless, after realizing my customary arrival eatery, Long John Silver's lobby was closed for the night, I called Jack's and was informed their lobby was open until eleven o'clock, so I drove a little further down the highway to check them out. I ordered a chicken fried steak meal with green beans, mashed potatoes and a drink. I think I paid $5.88 for everything. Oh man! Talk about delicious! So delicious, I ordered a second meal which I also ate in the dining room. The employees there were incredibly friendly. Actually more friendly than I expected from a town that I've always known to be the friendliest place in America. The same dinner where I live would have cost me more than what I paid for two at your establishment and the service was twenty times better than I've ever gotten up here. Thank you for everything! I have been doing review for a long time but I have never say in a drive thru waiting 30 minutes for a order of 20 chicken tender box. I will be giving an update when my order finally reached me. But I am extremely dissatisfied with this store. More to come. Update... I finally received my order after 35 minutes of waiting when I asked the employee that brought my order to me why is it taking so long she said when the manager took the order she had to go and get product the rest of the employees had no clue that I was sitting up in front of the line so in turn they never knew my order was there the manager returned they never told the rest of the crew about the order I told the employee that I had already left a review there was no sense for my order to have taken that long to be processed and delivered and she agreed there was no reason for it to been taken that long like I said I have been doing reviews for a lot of years and I have never had a situation like this and I hope I never...

every time I come threw the drive threw they are always rude and never please to be there. Which what do you expect fast food around Fayetteville TN is never the best. This visit is probably the worst I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t Get to finish my order, I pull up pay and get asked to pull forward to wait on my food. I get home to find out that a didn’t get my kids meal, and my fries are not at all large like I had ordered. I call and ask for the manager and was told rudely “I am the manager”.
