I visited them just recently and it was a bad experience. I ordered my food and then stepped out to go next door because I understand that you’re not going to get you food right away. So I utilized that time to grab groceries. I came back after 15 minutes and still nothing. I then had a conversation with another customer and then another 15 minutes past. During that time in the restaurant I noticed how unorganized they where. They kept arguing and being loud. I do understand situations happen in work places but there’re ways to handle them professionally like stepping away from customers or pulling one another to the side but when everyone seeing and listening is the wrong answer. While this is going on I then approach the person at the register to request a refund because the items that I asked for wasn’t nowhere near ready. She’s tell me “It should be ready” and I’m telling no I want me refund because I’m on a time limit. The fact is she didn’t know how to do a refund. I also mentioned to her that the way they were conducting them selves behind the counter wasn’t a good look and that other customers in the dining area are getting impatient. I’m saying this thinking she would rely that to the team members but she seemed like she was scared to say something to the person in charge. The person in charge approaches me and ask did I want a all Meat Stromboli rather than the Chicken and cheese one that i ordered because the all meat one was ready. I calmly said no I’ll take my refund because I don’t eat beef or pork. She then gets an attitude about it. While conducting my refund an employee ask the person in charge “what’s the status of the Grubhub Order” and she says “I’m not worried about that right now”. I knew the Grubhub guy was getting impatient as well because he stepped away waiting and asking multiple times about his order. After he heard her unprofessional response he then say “You’re not” in response to her saying she not worried about his order. My overall time in that place waiting was 35 plus minutes. I was told they have good food there and I was gonna confirm it and then let all of my coworkers know about it but I’ll let them know about my experience there. With that being said this establishment won’t get my service or future service from the people I know more...

Service was poor. They yell at you from the front door, all the way across the restaurant, "how many?" and to sit where you want. We weren't ready to order right away and asked for a few more minutes, which led to head in hands waiting, wondering if she'd ever come back. When the food came the waitress accidentally sloshed my grandmother's soup on the table and seat, but we didn't realize how bad until she got settled in to eat, only to realize her sweater sleeve was soaked (she's also 84). I asked for napkins and she brought them promptly but didn't even muster an apology, just walked away. To top it off she tried to deny fault by saying the spill "happened like 6 minutes ago", so basically saying it was somehow my grandmother's fault. She was extremely rude but faking polite. The pasta was cooked well, but the alfredo sauce was bland. Just needed some doctoring, which isn't worth the price you pay to dine out. The mozzarella bread was okay but the chunks of garlic were cut too large which made it spicy, and I enjoy spice, just not on Italian style bread. I didn't eat at all. She offered to comp my meal, but after that experience it still made me feel it was more fake politeness, so I declined the comp, paid for the food, and left a tip I felt she deserved. More than what I really wanted to leave which was zero. All in all a disappointing experience. The entire reason I brought my grandmother here was because my daughter brought home leftovers that were absolutely delicious about a year ago and I have been wanting to visit myself. We actually drove an hour out of town for dinner. Unfortunately, we probably won't be frequenting this...
Read moreI’m not one for reviews but it’s been a long time since I’ve had such terrible service. Walked in and was sat closest to the door with a relatively empty dining floor. The staff felt it a good time to bring in all of the chairs from outside so our dinner was cold and we were quite chilled the entire dinner with the door open and closed several times. The waiter arrives, I asked for a house sangria, waiter brings me a reisling… odd mistake but corrected. I asked about the specials, she told us that they weren’t any different than the menu.. that wasn’t true after taking a better look at the special signage. I asked about one in particular the next time she came by and she said she didn’t know what it was, didn’t want to steer us wrong… cue the awkward silence and I asked if she could find out because I was interested. Waiter had to go back and forth to the back 3x to get the details. I was enthusiastic to order if she had the information to sell me on an amazing special. We order our food off the main menu, waiter forgets to ask what side I wanted with my pasta (salad/soup), doesn’t offer table bread and oil, which I was looking forward to, brings our main dishes but leaves our drinks empty the entire time it took us to eat and get the check. Food was honestly bland, mussels tasted like dirty creek, one plus was the amount of seafood in the pasta with every bite but the sauce and just meh… maybe it was the creek mussels that made it sub par. Hopefully someone in charge takes the review and trains their staff. It was a really disappointing...
