So I worked here for about a month & a half , last year around September/October. VERY DISAPPOINTED in how the store is ran. I was a regular team member. I was also working as a manager at papa Johns as well. Iâm very familiar with how to properly run a store. Within the first week of me working there , the âGMâ ( Megan ), was all drama. She had told me about a previous employee she fought& would speak poorly of her staff behind their backs. Poor attitude. Very unprofessional. We actually had a physical altercation, in front of HER like 6 year old daughterâŚbecause she could not have a civil conversation like a âGMâ should be able to have with her crew. I was the 2nd or 3rd crew member sheâs had an altercation with. The owners are just as bad. They never reprimanded her for her actions. They didnât even answer my phone calls after the incident. She mailed my last check without notifying me or the owners. But the WORST thing I have to say is the cleanliness of the store! Staff would wear crocs and slides with no socks on. Did not clean thoroughly. We had a surprise inspection one time & the inspector told us we had to discard a lot of food because it was not kept at the right temperature or was past due. The owners had a crew member take that food to another location over night & brought back in the morning for us to sell still. It was disgusting. Honestly so glad I quit! Shouldâve left this review a lot sooner but didnât due to court proceedings I had to deal with because Megan pressed charges for a fight she started.    Read moreI came in to order a tuna fish melt for my wife. With my wife on FaceTime. She told the cashier exactly how she wanted it made. Once we arrived home my wife opened the container and the sub was plain with tuna fish. Not toasted. None of the condiments we requested. So she called down and someone told her theyâd replace it. Megan the manager was her name. Once I arrived back to the location they said they couldnât replace it without a receipt. I never had the receipt and I paid I cash and the cashier clearly remembered me and told her that. She insisted she couldnât do anything without a receipt. Upon entering the store we saw one employee who was standing in the entrance to the back area eating their food, which I understand, but they should be out of view. Anyway my issue is with we were not ever acknowledged as coming in. we stood there for close to a minute with no "welcome i'll be with u in a minute etc" My son looked at me and said "let's go:. we walked out. I was not happy. I walked back in and told the individual that they missed out on a $30 order just because they couldn't even acknowledge that we were there. there was noone else in the store. put your food down, welcome us in, tell us u will be with us in a second, wash your hands etc...I would...
