Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Fayetteville

We ordered $30 worth of the worst crab cakes and my grilled shrimp meal was unseasoned and way overcooked. A variety platter was all cooked so long it all turned into rubber. The one saving grace was the hush puppies. I called to complain and no one answered the phone. Two days later I called again and for two 🕑 hours they didn't answer the phone. Finally upon getting ahold of TANYA the manager she refused to do anything about it even though no one answers the phone when you call. She also refused to take the disgusting food back even though I explained my mother was sick and in the hospital for two days and was too weak to call to complain. I will never waste my money 💰 on ljs in Fayetteville again it's by far the very worst I have ever been robbed by that's the way I feel I was given food that must have been refried 5 to ten times or was sitting there for days. Go to Las trojas or Chinese restaurant any other place other than fayetteville's ljs. Me and my husband went here about 8:30 they don’t close till ten when we pulled in all the workers were setting in the lobby at least five anyhow we went thru the drive thru ordered our food she seem like she was in a rush to get my order . I don’t know why cause we was the only customer they had so we was expecting to have to wait a lil bit on our food cause they didn’t have anyone but no it was ready when I pulled to window . When I got home with the food fries are cold and hard they had been setting for god know how long the fish and chicken were full of grease and you could tell it had been cooked hours before the hush puppies were like rocks so all in all it was a waste of 25.00 . So they may have updated the building but food still crap. I work in restaurant and the customer are your paycheck so you should care enough to send out decent food cause I bet not one of those employees would have ate the food they sold to us...

I went there and got a meal. The total was almost $18. The shrimp was luke warm at best. The waffle fries were cold. The fish was warm. I took my plate up there so I could get fresh food and the young girl at the counter. Let it set up there a minute and then went and talk to someone. She came up and said her manager would be up here in a minute. The guy that was on the line cooking came up and I told him he didn’t say anything to me walked away.
