McDonald's — Restaurant in Fayetteville

2 burgers and some McNuggets took about 20 minutes. Burgers had extra extra extra extra extra extra ketchup - no mustard, no onions. I just ordered without pickle. Luke warm at best.

The past few months this McDonalds has gone downhill. Night time is a waste of time trying to come here. Cold food, inaccurate order, missing items, wrong items. Just not worth it.

I would rather drive all the way to Hazel Green. At least the competition's food is hot.

Update 5/22/25 - this place just doesn't get it. Hire some help for night shift. Waited 27 minutes for 2 Oreo McFlurries and only ONE CAR in front of me. Then I joked with the manager at the window saying "I was wondering when I would get to the window" then she snapped at me something about being short staffed, just about threw the mcflurries at me, didn't give any napkins, and slammed the drive thru window shut before I could even ask for napkins. I wasn't even upset about this until that happened, but I guess someone didn't know how to take a small joke, and I even used a joking tone when saying that but I guess some people just automatically think you are complaining when you're not. Well, now I am because this manager is the true joke. Wow... some people need to go back to school and learn...

For the most part, I don't have problems here. Generally I get in and out fairly quickly, and everything is fine. HOWEVER, when I DO have problems, they're downright awful. Over the summer, I was picking up food, and was given half a sandwich by a rather rude employee. Yes, that's right, HALF a sandwich. Literally, it was a bottom bun, one piece of bacon, and the burger. MOD replaced my meal for me. Sometime back in October, went to get food around 4AM, was left waiting outside in the drive through for fifteen minutes before I finally drove off. Yes, there were people there, and they were open. They simply refused to serve me. Have also been charged different prices for the same thing depending on who's working. Most recently about a week ago, had a lady be incredibly rude to me, and after she took my order, refused to talk to me and THREW my fries in the bag. This store is one of the only places in town open late at night. Like most places in the country, they are short staffed and often working multiple positions that they are not being fairly compensated for. I witnessed the manager’s daughter in law tonight, trying to get in between the vehicle of the person the workers were currently serving so she could yell and cuss at and berate them for not providing her fast enough service in the drive through, but it was because they were preparing food and beverages and cashier services to other guests! It was completely unacceptable, and they were all working very hard despite not having enough employees. If this woman really was the DIL of the manager/GM, you would think she would have a little more patience and understanding and less entitlement. I tipped at McDonalds tonight because they don’t get paid enough to experience and put up with harassment, especially from grown folks who should know better, as well as how to treat industry members...
