Absolute terrible customer service from the MANAGER of this McDonalds. I was going to go grab some lunch for my son and I. I saw that McDonalds now had mobile ordering, so I placed my order and left my house at 12:38pm. I pulled into McDonalds and followed the steps to complete my order so they could start making the order at 12:47pm. At 1:11pm, I still had no food. As I walked into the restaurant another guy hopped out of his car because he also had a mobile order and had been waiting a long time as well. As we were walking in ANOTHER customer was walking out because he went in to get a refund because they had taken a long time with his order as well. I understand places get busy, but this was ridiculous, I watched multiple cars pull in and go through the drive thru in my 24 minute wait. When I got inside I met Xavier (the manager), this guy could care less that people weren’t being taken care of. I asked who was doing the outside orders and he said he had my food right here, imagine this the order wasn’t right, they somehow forgot the drinks to the combos. I asked him if he was going to give me my money back because it had been almost 30 minutes, he said if he gave me my money back he wouldn’t give me the food. This entire time he was very rude and condescending. He couldn’t grasp the concept that it wasn’t MY fault that it took so long for me to get my food. I asked for the owners name and number, he said that he doesn’t have it……. I then asked for his bosses number and he reluctantly gave it too me. When I called the number, it was the wrong number. So I went back to Xavier and he finally gave me the right number. I left a message on the General Managers voicemail. I then went back to Xavier and told him he could keep the food, I just want my moneyback, he then proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t give me money back because it was a mobile order (smirking the entire time.) Now I am super frustrated, another customer pulls me to the side and tells me that Xavier had JUST given someone else a refund for food. I then call the general manager again and she answers the phone. I explain to her that Xavier wouldn’t give me my money back and I explained the situation, she was very apologetic and said she would call Xavier right away. By this time Xavier now has another customer asking him for the managers number, as he is giving the customer the general managers number she(the GM) calls Xavier and all of a sudden he knows how to do a refund. He then asks for my card and tries to give me a refund of almost $6.00 less then what had been charged to my card. Another associate was trying to explain to him that he wasn’t refunding the correct order and he wouldn’t listen to her because Xavier had it under control. He didn’t, after I told him that wasn’t the right amount he said that it was my order total was, it wasn’t. He then decided to ask me if the items that order were what he was refunding, they weren’t. As the young lady was trying to assist him he became rude with her and dismissed her and told her to go away. He then had to use MY phone to get the correct order. Finally at about 1:30pm I got a refund. My family goes through this drive thru quite often and there are six of us, so you can imagine we spend a lot in this restaurant. We will not return to this location as long as employees like Xavier work there. This young man needs to understand that it is the customers that keep the doors open. I know that I am only one customer and McDonalds is a billion-dollar company, but this location won’t be getting any more of my money. Read moreThe manager was very unprofessional. We did an online order and was directed to park in the pick-up zone. While waiting, the rain came pouring down. Our order was not delivered to us,however, they asked a stranger in a vehicle to drive up to us and tell us our order was ready. We had to join the line again to get pyr order. Upon asking why our order was not delivered to us The young man at the window,with a nasty attitude He told me it's rainy and no one is going to come out in the rain. It's not what he said that upset me It's how he said it,using his hands and face to express a rude behavior. The manager came and was even more rude. It's raining and no staff is going to come out. She was very nasty and unapologetic. Upon getting home Our order was not what we ordered. We have called since and got no reply. This manager needs to go. Everywhere this lady sees me, she makes faces and laughs at me. In here McDonald uniform and call herself manager .
Follows up February 10.01.2023 My husband and I were in food, Lion shipping, and saw this manager. She l9oked at me, rolled her eyes, and started laughing . After she was finished cashing out She did the same thing while we were Making this mockery face.
We had two incidents with this woman where we learned that after that, she spit into our children's food.
Everywhere this careless woman sees me, she makes faces at me. Manager said they spoke with her about the two incidents last year, and we were told they would get back to us. No one has gotten back to us. Apparently, they did nothing because this woman kept doing the same thing.

Read moreThis was July 21, 2023 at around 7pm. Went through the drive thru, placed order, was asked to park in space number 2. Did as I was told. I had started a phone right when I was passing at window 1. After 20 minutes (I know because I ended the phone call to go in) I had not been served. I went in to the service counter and was essentially immediately yelled at about not being able to get an employee discount. I explained I didn't know what she was talking about, I wanted a refund. It turns out she actually wanted to tell at the customer at the register. When it was my turn and was explaining to the same young lady my issue, an employee to the side said 3 separate times that I was lying and not in spot 2 and she had "been out there a few times and he wasn't there". After the third time I spoke up and asked her what sense it would make for me to lie, leave, and come back. She asked me "Well what is number 2 to you?" To which I pointed at my car in spot 2. At this point the lady handling my refund asked me how much my order was because she "just wanted to get me out of there". I didn't even get an apology. I was just accused of being a liar. I at least got my money back but it still doesn't sit well that I got called a liar and can't get the manager to call me back.
UPDATE 9/17/2023: The general manager, Neisha Stone, is awful which is why a majority of the employees are awful. They forgot my wife's food today. I go in, wait at the counter, absolutely no other customers in the store, and of course I was ignored.
