Disappointed with Price Hike and Declining Quality at Stevi B's Pizza
I recently visited Stevi B's Pizza, and I must say that I was quite disappointed with my experience. It seems that the restaurant has implemented some cost-cutting measures that have negatively impacted the overall quality and value for the customers.
Firstly, I couldn't help but notice a significant increase in prices since my last visit. While I understand that businesses need to adjust prices to keep up with inflation and rising costs, I expected the quality of the ingredients and the overall dining experience to justify the price increase. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
The ingredients used in the pizzas seemed to have taken a noticeable hit in quality. The toppings looked less fresh and vibrant, and the overall taste just wasn't up to par. It's disheartening to see a decline in the quality of the food while having to pay more for it.
Additionally, I noticed a peculiar change in their serving system. Instead of using proper plates, they now provide a single plate per person that is covered with a new piece of paper every time you go back to the bar. While this might be an attempt to reduce the need for a dishwasher and minimize table cleaning, it certainly doesn't enhance the dining experience.
It's a disappointing change that gives the impression that the restaurant is prioritizing cost-cutting measures over providing a pleasant dining experience.
All these observations raise a valid question: If Stevi B's Pizza is increasing prices and cutting corners, where is the extra money going? As a customer, I expect that any price increases should be reflected in an improved experience, better-quality ingredients, or at least maintained standards. Unfortunately, none of these seemed to be the case during my visit.
The noticeable price increase without a corresponding improvement in the food quality and the implementation of a subpar serving system have significantly diminished the value and appeal of this establishment. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and strives to address them in order to provide a better experience for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently went to Stevie B's on their customer appreciation day on this Thurs that had just passed. I can tell you that I did not feel appreciated. I arrived with my twin babies and 2 kids at 8:35pm. Their closing time is at 9pm. It took me about 8 minutes to just set my babies up, the high chairs that we had got belts did not work and we ended up just holding the babies. Needless to say I got only a few slices of pizza when one of the servers came and said I'm sorry I know you are eating but you have to be out in 5 minutes! I mean seriously, I NEVER have had a restaurant kick you out when you were eating your food. I mentioned this to another server who then decided she was going to go talk about me to another server. I went over and spoke directly to all parties and the manager and told him my feelings on this. Had they told me this when I came in, I would have not been upset and would have went somewhere else and eaten. SImple. Yet, instead they took my money knowing I wasn't going to be able to really eat and then offered me nothing while throwing away pizza that was left over. The manager was not rude at all and said he understood my feelings but that was all. It was like oh well and all this on customer appreciation day! I hate that this happened because the food is not bad at all and I had like this location but to be treated that way with my kids and money wasted is really not cool. I doubt I'll go back to this location and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place i used to frequent as a teen and as an adult Iāve taken my oldest son, who is 10 a few times so it pains me to have to write this. Yesterday, 3/26/2023 my son an i arrived, paid and began looking to select our different slices of Pizzas. At that time the selections were low and a lot of the pizza slices were not that great tasting. I wondered that maybe itās because these are the end slices and i just know fresh batches are coming up. And i was right, just a few minutes later fresh pizza was up and ready. We then ate from the fresh batches that were available. We were home for barely an hour and my son started puking after saying his tummy hurt. At first i thought he ate too much. He puked several times. Fast forward to midnight todayā¦an hour ago, my body forcefully wakes me up and my stomach is queezy. I just experienced throwing up as well. My stomach is in pain and while i think the worst is over, this means something is wrong with how the food was prepared yesterday at Stevie Bās. This is dangerous and unhealthy. During our visit there families there with children eating to same pizza we did. Stevie bās needs to look into this matter before anyone else experiences this from last night and take it a...
